You didn't liked ur Omnia HD, and ur thinkin' of selling it. So what's the point of buyin' a iPod Touch and keeping your Omnia?
If ur not confortable with ur phone, sell it.
An iPhone is similar to an iPod touch, with more resources.

An iPod Touch is a good alternative as it will cost a lot to switch phones like you want too.
Keep the 8910 as a phone and a camera, you can install Joiku on it and use it as a wireless hotspot for the Touch, if you already have a data bundle.

Never saw an iPhone user get into arguin' fights, like Nokia or HTC fans does.
I came here to share my experience with iPhone, and help ppl to make their choices.

Nokia is always like that: release an unfinished device, and took years after it's release to launch several updates... for nothing! Still crappy build, with software error devices.

I recently got the Samsung omnia HD i8910 , but I didn't like it at all and I really regret buying it.
Do you think that getting iPhone 3GS deserves selling my Samsung HD ?? or it's not worth ??
Has anyone who used iPhone 3GS regretted buying it ??!
Do you think that buying iPod Touch would be an alternative ?? as in this case , I won't have to sell my samsung.

People who care about performance and a phone's ability to handle whatever task is thrown at it without grinding to a halt.
See better graphics performance translates into things like faster scrolling, quicker loading of photo's and videos, faster App performance, team that with a faster network connection (7.2Mbps vs 3,6Mbps) and the iPhone 3GS leaves the N97 and 5800 eating it's dust.
There are 57 million devices running iPhone OS a lot of kid's use iPod Touch's and a lot of adults use iPhones.
I couldn't care less what other people around me are using, my phones aren't used as fashion statements as long as they get the job done, that's all I care about.

No, because processors, memory, graphics etc have all advanced since then in the same way as the 3GS advanced from the 3G, the 3GS has more advanced components comparable to those found in the N900, Samsung 8910 and more advanced than those found in the N97 and 5800, this translates to raw performance which the 5800 and N97...

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2009The 5800 is slow it doesn't have 7.2Mbps HSDPA, no graphics... moreohhhh boyyyyy..... the world of iphone in which the iphone users are stuck becoming narrow minded about other smartphones.
the 5800 slow?...it is fast not enough for me. it does what the iphone does..plays videos, games, internet, etc etc. camera part is better than the iphone (the iphone's camera is behind).
it is a great toy...=). I use it for business also.

Are you sure the target age range for the iphone is 20-30?
You missed the younger than 20 crowd. i have seen kids and teens with iphones.
the reason i am not an iphone user anymore is because too many people have it. People who replaced their 3g to 3g-s just wasted their money. i prefer a rare smartphone.
I am currently using the n95 which still packs a punch for a two year old phone and the 5800 xm.

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2009I tried an N97 and didn't like it because the interface is ... moren97 horrible? either it is a defect or it needs a firmware update if it has a new firmware.
a brick size lol. i prefer a brick size over a calculator size which is the iphone.
my 5800 works great..fast and responsive to touch after updating the firmware to version 31.
again the n900 is new that is why it doesnt have that much of apps yet. just wait and see.
i was an iphone user, but didnt get amaze because of the camera being weak as i have posted many times. Too many people have it to the point that it is not a "wow" phone anymore. Also i needed an all around smartphone. So i switched to the n-series line-up (n95 and 5800).

n97 horrible, then probably you got a defect. when the 5800 came out, complaints about the phone being slow to the touch occured. My 5800 is fast and responsive to touch after updating it to firmware version 31.
again that is why a nokia firmware updater exist for new firmwares. im sure nokia is doing something to fix the n97.
dont get me wrong. the iphone is a brilliant phone but it didnt work for me because of the camera being weak.

N97 got bugs? that's why there is a nokia updater for firmware updates.
people have said that bout the nokia 5800 xm when it first came out. I bought it before the release date. mine works great...reponsive to touch and with firmware version 31 installed in it, it is fast.

I hate having to hold a stick to use a phone.
The N900 has hardly any software, the iPhone has thousands of business related Apps.
