You should think that with an iPhone you get great games, great music but you'll have to pay for tha most apps other phones offer for free.

As for i8910 you'll get excellent battery life HD video and also very nice custom firmwares + the possibility to customize yourself - really nice if you like to play hacker :))
So as they there are 2 different phones you should balance the pro's & con's yourself.

Iphone is crap compared to the new stuff out.
Of course Americans are always way behind in hi tech.
Most models not even available in USA.
Iphone is for simpleminded people , that is why its so popular in the Uselesss States.

Oh my flippen word. I was so excited when it came out but when I finally lay my hands on it got utter disappointment and frankly, I'm not impressed as I thought I would be. Fisrtly the camera is such a let down, 3.2MP surely Jobs and his team can do better than that. The fact that it has not memory card slot, wtf. As if that was disappointment enough, the app store does not work in my part of the world, whats the use then? I'm not going to talk about the bluetooth feature which I find partly ridiculous.
Thanks but no thanks iPhone is crap I'll stick to my Nokia N86 8MP, delivers a better service and less hassle and headache. Jobs you have failed me. 3models down still no great improvement! Baaaarh humbug

in gsmarena they have told iphone can support 3.5mm headset jack only but in my iphone 3gs all kind of 3.5 mm jack is supporting

I am used to Qwerty keyboads and Microsoft operating system iMate, Tyne 2 etc.I have been waiting for some months now for "HTC Touch Pro2". However a colleague who has moved from HTC to "iPhone 3Gs" is talking highly of iPhone. I have used WEB comparison between these two, however, I am still confused. Any help from other users?

Agree with 8910 and GS.Based on the best performing smartphone's.
iPhone is often voted the best by many organisations around the world, it scores higher than any other phone in customer satisfaction ratings.
It outsells most other smartphones.
Build a bridge, get over it having something that is easy to use and does everything that most people want to do is obviously more important than a useless list of numbers on a specs sheet, which leads to this:-
iPhone 7.4 million sold last quarter, Nokia N-series 4.6 million sold last quarter.

Where do you get off, deciding which features are important for other people, are you the phone police or something.
The iPhone is advanced and has such high end features that a lot of people who just want to flash their epeen with a specs sheet just don't understand.

Other phonemakers are very obvious with their desperation to topple the iphone. Jampacking their smartphones with features that many not practically make a lot of sense, and again, those features are compromising performance, yet what thet care the most is to look impressive on paper. Luckily for them, there are still gullible users out there who only think about a long feature list rather than a phone that works smoothly.
