hold power+home until it turns off, connect USB cable to pc and open iTunes, hold home button and connect your iphone to USB until iTunes logo appears on iPhone screen, your iTunes will detect iPhone and asks for restore, confirm and follow onscreen instructions, good luck..

APPLE 3GS, when i reset, it didn't open at all.
the lcd is on but only apple logo appears,
it didn't disappear for almost 3 hours.
any suggestion?
