Apple will do a non warranty replacement of the whole phone for 133€ in the US and 151€ in Australia, sounds like a scam.
You can do it yourself for a lot less:-

i-phone looks nice but i dont like it the screen was broken and i have to pay 350 euro voor a new screen i was totaly 900 euro lost for this phone i dont want it never again

I love the IPhone 3GS but i think the 3g is better because you can download more games and stuff like that. But i still think that the apple company did a very good job on the 3GS, im getting it :)

I've had an N96 for a year now which I love but I will be getting an iPhone 3gs too next Febuary. People need to relax and not feel the need for something they own to be seen as the best. I like Macs too but I prefer to build gaming pc's instead as it's all about preference. Enjoy what you have as many others probably have alot less than you.
