With the iphone, there's no need to drag and drop music files from your pc to your iphone. Simply connect it to your pc and it will automatically synch music from your pc to your iphone. No more drag and drop. It's easier, more convenient, and faster :)

The iphone helped to change the way we use mobile phones. But lets remember the same way the iphone was the future something else will come along and take its place. We all should want that to happen we should demand that the phone makers give us better phones for our moneys. Why would we want the iphone to be the best phone forever? It does not make sense man must advance and they have done so. The future is here.

Why would someone watch YouTube while the phone is docked. The purpose of that dock is for music, not video. And yes, you are supposed to carry your headphones with you when you are on the go and intend to listen to music while on the go. COMMON SENSE :)

Anonymous, 02 Oct 2009So because i move around at work this means i work in a unp... moreWalking around any workplace carrying your phone around with music volume up is unprofessional :) And for mechanics, they usually play a radio in their shop, not walk around the shop with their cell phones playing music. You really need to know what device would work better on a situation. It is not smart to work on cars, touching greasy car parts, then walk around the shop holding your phone just so you won't miss a song. Doesn't make sense.
As for nurses, I am in the medical field. You can be written up walking around a hospital floor holding your cell phone to listen to music while doing your rounds. Your situations are laughable.

Omfg Apple fanboys are never open minded. The iphone is not a God it will not be here forever like God will. Am sure its a nice phone to have but its only a phone. We all no that new technology will come along and make the new thing old. I have noticed that for eg. N97 users if you show them a new phone thats better they would be excited that things are getting better but a iphone user would say oh I dont like that, I dont need all that power, am happy about that, etc. Iphone users are not excited about any other technology. If you dont belive me try showing a iphone user something else, they would eat you alive. Am a tech boy and the iphone excites me too but alot of new stuff do also. I get excited when I see were the phone makers are now going. If we would let iphone users go they would move on a new planet with just them and their phones. Its sad, imagine if they stop one day and see that man will not stop getting better just because of the iphone, imagine how much better these forums would be imagine how good it would be when we could share technology with them without getting into a fight. They carry on like this phone is a God, when its not even in the top 10 best phones on the market right now. The best app Apple ever made is their brain wash app.

When I use it, I transfer the photos I've taken from it to my iphone. On a regular day, I use my iphone to take pictures for Facebook and Twitter updates, and the iphone's camera is fine for that purpose. Even when I had my n95, I was still using my Canon camera to take pictures because it produces better results. Now, maybe if you're the kind who can't afford a real camera, or, could care less of photo quality and would just settle for a phone with a higher megapixel camera, then that is you, and you are not us. Apple made the iphone for people like us who prefers to use standalone cameras, and because of that, Apple would rather use hardware space for something else, or, keep the iphone's design slim. Different market, different people, different concepts.

This thing uses the battery like a big old V8 car uses fuel. You can watch the battery meter drain in the same sort of way. Goodluck getting a day out of it unless you leave it on standby.

Too bad this discussion turns into my phone is better than your in sales !!! and someone called me a liaer and am making this up !
As i said , more than a week now and my New 3GS 32GB vr3.1 officially unlocked ... DON'T Wake up from sleep mode ! And i can't receive any calls or messages when the phone do that . i did everything from clean restore to what ever i find on Google . nothing helps .

You've been bringing up this fm transmitter thing for a long time now, and you keep bringing it up over and over an over again. We get it. You live and breathe fm transmitter. It is your life, but, it doesn't have to be ours. We can connect our iphone into our cars some other way. It does not have to be an fm transmitter. A wired connection would actually give you better connection with no signal interference like you would through fm transmitter. IT IS A NON-ISSUE.

Just got the 3gs, the touch screen is fantasic and it feels like quality but its so damn hard to work out how to get music off my pc onto the stupid thing. No drag and drop here. Maybe I should have become a rocket scientist before buying this thing..

Its all about GUI my friend ,
I used to say the same but after useing iphone,
I find no phone better and by the way N97 has a pathetic GUI , its touch only on paper not in hand any user would curs nokia for calling it a touch specialy those who have used iphone
