Why would I use fm on a phone when i have fm in my car, at home and at work? Fm is not something that I would constantly need all throughout the day.
You have a closed mentality. A spare battery is not the only option. The iphone has cases that serve as chargers as well. We don't need spare batteries.
What you're doing is, you're combining all features found from 5 different phones and compare it to the iphone.
Can your phone be used as a blood pressure monitor, a remote dvr recorder, a garage door opener, a remote control for tv and home theater, an interactive gaming device, deposit checks, html 5 support, glucometer, work out meter device, etc?

Apple will not change their screen resolution until they could have all apps tied to screen resolution be compatible with higher resolution displays. That is how considerate Apple is.
Surround sound on a phone is not necessary. It seems like other phone manufacturers just like to put those features in to make their specs look good. And of course you fell for it. But really, why would I need surround sound on my iphone. It obviously did not help nokia in the music player tests, because the iphone still has the best music reproduction based on the tests. Surround sound works best when you have 5 speakers. How many speakers do your nokia devices have? Does it have a sub woofer? All they're doing is giving it a FAKE surround sound fx, but who are you trying to fool?
As I have said, phones are still not as powerful as laptops and desktop computers. The iphone can handles 32gigs smoothly if ever you save that much data in it. Anything more than that may compromise performance, and that is not what the iphone is all about. Other phones would offer memory card expansion up to 32gigs, but performnace is already compromised at 8gigs, but they don't care as long as the specs look good. That is what's happening witg symbian and winmo devices. They throw in specs that is more than what their devices can handle just so that it would look good on paper, and you silly ones fall for it, lol. Lagging and freezing anyone?!
What good is video calling when no one is using it. It's a waste of hardware space.
As I have said divx is good for video reproduction. I don't need that on my iphone because I prefer to watch movies on a big screen tv. It is not a bad thing, but it is not essential either. Apple has a lot of features that they are planning to add to the iphone. But like I said, Apple is not just about adding features in just because other phones have it. They want to make sure that the feature that they add would really serve its purpose and would work really well. They're also considering the design on how to keep the iphone slim even when adding more features. Other phonemakers don't care. Look at how fat the n900 is, lol.

All touch Nokia's are 640x360. Top Samsungs/LGs even beaten that and OLEDs are common. Hence it is jurassic and u know it.

Features that really matters are subjective to opionions. The truth is cheaper Omnia's, Nseries, SE Walkman's offer a host of features which have become stantard across the mobile industry and iphone doesnt offer them. The integration of FM radio on the Nano proved Apple waking up to what has become common in the mp3 market. Next yr iphone may get it.......if so it would be almost 10 yrs late- Nokia 8310 had FM in in 2001.

You people are weird...
this phone costs the same amount as a macbook and the mac has better features than this phone.
youre raving about a phone that costs more than a phone itself. you also dont realise that you can get another mobile with similar features but better, for half of the price of this phone.
the phone is all made out of cheap plastic which is unhealthy for the environment, the batteries are a major concern for the iphone as it is shoved inside a stuffy case with no air, which is why it gets hot.
while other brands use environmental friendly recycled stainless steel or plastic for a stylish phone.
yes i do have an iphone and i hate it so much, if you dont believe me my model is a MB489X tell apple care if you dont believe me...
it is easily prone to scratches unless you spend another AU$20.00 or more on cases and accessories so thats the phone and accessories on top
i really dont know what goes on in your minds, but steve jobs is hitlers twin!!

Yeah, the Samsung HD looks great and I had a tough time chosing between it and the iphone but ended up chosing the apple mainly because the HD isn't available here in Australia as yet. We are spoilt with choice and I think that both look like great devices.

Hi. Got an iPhone 3Gs for over a month now, I am excited. Moving from an N73, N95, then a P1i. Battery is no worry as I never had to remove it. Things I miss: (1) bluetooth connectivity with computers + phones + devices, (2) selective call-barring, (3) selective call history-clearing (4) flash compatibility when surfing. I still wouldn't trade it for any other phone right now, well, maybe an iPhone 3Gsti.
