Apple underclocked the processor again by 233Mz, the also haven't used the 720p HD support, which may come in a future firmware update.

these boards are a joke.most people hate on the iphone and says its a horrible phone.but every single phone that comes out 'the wanna call it a iphone killer" then it fails in sales. I have owned a few htc phones, sony,nokia can't stand symbian based phones.Iphone is great because of the app store hands down.until windows bases /symbian based wanna copy apple style and make a app store with over 10,000 apps. then it will be better.for now who cares a 3 mega pixel to 5 mega pixel.i done bought htc touch pro ,etc the only people who charge u $700 for a phone released with tons of bugs and you the user gotta wait awhile and keep looking for a update to do yourself.app store tells u and one click problem solved,windows mobile 6.1 to me is okay could of been better

Allan, 20 Jun 2009"what wouold you do with a removable battery" You're joking... moreWell you may think it's dumb but I have one of those and it's the same size and cost as buying a spare battery for other phones and I don't have to turn my phone off and tear it apart to use it, I can plug it in in the middle of a call, you'd still be juggling bits and pieces of phone on your knee, which I think is dumb.

Plus the network has to support 7.2.

dont... more"can't afford it" Thats so stupid of you to say. I have a computer at home and free wi fi at work. I work monday to friday. On the weekend i can find other free wi fi if i want.
Why would i want to pay data charges for something i can get for free. I"m also not desperate to be on the net 24 7!
3Yyt asks me if theres free wi fi at muskoka. Muskoka is for camping and getting away from big city life. Sure i would bring my cell but i don't need the net.
What would you guys do. Play with your iphone instead of enjoying the wilderness!
Oh and even the n95 is better then the iphone.

I too have an iPod 2G and it is really great for watching vids from youtube and surfing the web, the games are great but there are times when the screen doesn't respond or I mistype a word and it gets annoying, iPhone is just an iPod with calling/msgs and camera. I don't consider it to be the best phone out there, tons of phones offer the same features or better ones for the same o cheaper price. I like phones that look good, work good and are fun, not just a fashion toy to show off for a while... the iPod is just as fun, for cam/emails/mediasharing there are better things than the iPhone.

it's about bluetooth... stated that "bluetooth v2.1" no other statement like bluetooth headset only, is it means that we can share picture or even mp3 from it?

I was first in line at the San Tan Apple store in Arizona. Waited since 9:45last night. This phone is FAST! They weren't joking when they said it was twice as fast. The battery still isn't too great. They said it was supposed to be improved but so far it hasn't seemed any different. The new Maps functions are amazing. I just personally wish Apple changed the cosmetics of the phone. I think the plastic is really nice looking when it is new but scratches are always inevitable. So far I am extremely happy with the 3g S.

i like apple's marketing strategy.
1.iPhone (people were amazed, but they want 3g and copy+paste so..)
2.iPhone 3G (people bought this also because of 3g but still no video recording and copy+paste then...)
3.iPhone 3G S (people now are craving for this phone because it has faster speed, 3mp camera, and video recording+editing and copy+paste but still lacks features so...)
4.iPhone 4th gen (will have more added features so people will buy it)
5.iPhone 5th gen (will have more added features so people will buy it)
6.iPhone 6th gen (will have more added features so people will buy it)
....... and so on
