The iPhone 3GS is an amazing smartphone. With it going for a third year,i think the phone has got some fight in it.Although ios 6 partly came to it and may probably be it's last strike,the phone will always be a friend.

iuser, 26 Aug 2012can anyone help me on this.i been using this phone for long... moretry to type the password "alphine" if this is not work, the only way is repair it to any phone shop, than will charge you. dont worry its only software problem. all software problem have a solution. i hope its help!

can anyone help me on this.i been using this phone for long time and yesterday i change my sim card and it happened that it ask for a password.i didn't put any password on it,now i cant open my phone unless i put the password that it ask.what should i do,please help me

I have owned this phone about 4 months. IOS 5. It is slow, to open apps takes 3-4 seconds, you must charge it every day. Calendar reminders remind you only once on the screen with sound. If you dont check your phone in 30 minutes then reminder is gone and theres no status bar to see what has been happening. You get extra information by swiping screen up to down but theres no all-time visible icons what have been happening. I arent still used to swipe all the time screen to check status. Same with other reminders. Notifications are very bad and you cant change it! My other Nokia C3-00 reminders and notifications stays on the screen until the battery is dead - so simple it is. My android 2.3 on HTC Desire also shows reminders until battery is dead and offcourse also in the status bar. You cant send over bluetooth pictures and other files. Iphone does cost a lot and you get very very stable operating system but it is so limited and a lot of good features are missing. If you are looking for stable and loyal operating system then its perfect but when you need else then it lacks.
