you are out of your mind,
because over 80% of the ... moreIn the United States, under current patent law, the term of patent, provided that maintenance fees are paid on time, are:
For applications filed on or after June 8, 1995,[1] the patent term is 20 years from the filing date of the earliest U.S. application to which priority is claimed (excluding provisional applications).[2]
Therefore most of the gsm patents area about expired and what matters to Apple success that made them the most valuable company in the world are the innovative patents in the iPhone design, simple as their $374 billion Market valuation.
Apple has settled pennies per unit patent royalties with Nokia, but Apple patents are far more valuable as they are very recent sand they are not available for licensing.

Comparing cameras is so yesterday, like the Nokia/Sony Ericsson dumbphone wars.
Most of the high end phones from all the major companies today produce good photos.

I have had iphone 4 for about 7 months, and I think there are outside there better devices than this one. Signal is not that strong even after buying this cover accessory so phone signal is not affected when you grab it. Camera is the weakest point, with 5mp. My friends have Androit, Nokia N8, and Samsung, and iphone is a shame. Iphone5 is going to be 8mp (almost all the phones nowadays are at least 8mp, so what is amazing with this improvement). Good: the case and the OS are amazing.

iPhone 4 is nearing the end of its life here, just on the verge of the iPhone 5 launch, yet the arguments are stronger than ever. This shows how relevant it remains to the very end, and is still the benchmark phone against which all others try to compare.
Tech specs alone do not make the phone, and only now other companies are beginning to realise this. iPhone's success is due to integration between hardware and software, with an amazing app selection.
EA has declared iOS the fastest growing platform, compared even to PS3, XBox 360. Nintendo is now facing pressure from its shareholders to release games onto iOS, which has never been done in their history.
You may like or dislike iPhone. But to dismiss it in any way, merely reeks of sour grapes and sore loser attitude. Great people are those who can acknowledge the strength of rivals. Denial is only the refuge of cowards in denial.

[deleted post]Your swearing does NOT change the FACT that since APPLE introduced the Iphone Nokia stock went down 75% and APPLE became the BIGGEST company in the world, yes the biggest by market value of any company in any field, just surpassing recently even EXXON the oil giant.
What more success do you want to prove that iphone is the BEST and Nokia has little time ahead before vanishing, like Palm, and soon Blackberry.
Apple is innovation and SUCCESS others for the time being are only copies or obsolete junk.

Compairison with SGS2 is hard, long gap, but what the drawback of Iphone4 is micro sim, video call by wifi, weak signal reception. Iphone5 must out now to compete with SGS2.
