This is the best phone i have ever used. Was an avid Nokia follower but once i laid my hands on this baby there was no going back.The browsing speed is exceptional and everything about it is so sharp.

The number of phones they sold has very little to do with this problem, even if the problem is as bad as the compliants we are all hearing. I'll be waiting for the iPhone 5, but certainly wont be the first one in line. Btw, I hope they have an easily removable battery cover now. We all may need this to kill the phone when we're visiting the mistresses place. :)

i just want to know smth. is there a better battery out there in which i can replace the original battery for iphone 4? i'm not interested on external batteries. just want to know if there is a much performant one.

Read the analysis by Nilay Patel on the lawsuit to get a better understanding of why Apple is proceeding with the lawsuit, there are many issues covered and not just rectangle screen as you say, otherwise surely Apple would have sued all companies by now. Why just Samsung? Read more and find out.

I always read about Apple not happy with other manufacturers and claiming they copied IPHONE design. I see all touch screen phone has a rectangle screen, camera at the back and front, speaker at the side. Sometimes I wonder where they (Apple) get the design from. From what I noticed, all earlier phones before IPHONE has RECTANGLE SCREEN, camera at the back/front, speaker at back or side. If I were the owner of APPLE, the Iphone should have an apple shape screen, speaker on the screen, camera at the side, phone shape should be round shape just like apple, so that the other phone manufacture have to think twice before copying the IPHONE design. Hhahahahahahahaha

It can be a small problem not worth mentioning (remember the phone has enough good qualities to make you want it any way) but it is a real issue.
By your words or you work for Apple, or you never had an Iphone4 in your hands or if you did it was your first ever contact with a mobile phone...
