I saw on a Survey site for mobile phone users is...
(my mobile brand is lg)
nokia got - 84%
apple got - 77%
samsung got - 61%
motorola got - 57%
blackberry got - 45%
lg got - 40%
sony ericsson got - 37%
htc - 27%

hmn... nokia got it.
for me apple doesnt deserve the 77% percentage because
apple really do sell iphones in higher price for I think for its brand APPLE? iphone is really great on games... but all in all the camera is sucks... although the BRILLIANT screen of iphone makes the camera shots really look it very nice... all in all its features are great but still doesnt really deserve its price here at phil - for 35,000 php to 42,000php.
-i think the APPLE brand name cost 20,000php
-unit is 25,000php.
-thats only my comment.
thanks hope if iphone 5 realease in the market on 2011/12/13.

i was a proud nokia owner/fan...had the latest of nokia flagships until n97...now i have the iphone 4. i am not coming back to nokia or any other other fone again. iphone is a legend out of the box. android are ok...still iphone and iOS have the cherry on top!

[deleted post]Up to you which you want to buy, get the one that does what you need the most. However, one thing I would like to say, if you are getting a Blackberry, try and go for the Torch, Blackberry OS 6 makes it worth getting over the rest of the models. It has a much better internet browser, and lots of improvements in general.

[deleted post]Not my survey, you don't like it, bring it up to them. Just because Nokia isn't in there, does not mean you can not compare the brands that happen to be in the survey. Seriously, you are having such problems dealing with the concept of a survey, it makes me wonder either about your age or your IQ.
Let me give you an example, can you compare how happy owners are with Audi, BMW and Mercedes? Now, are you not able to compare Audi with BMW, just because Porsche is not included in the survey?
Of course if the survey claims that is a COMPLETE overview of the german car industry, then we can claim that it is incomplete by excluding certain car brands. I hope this makes it clear, although I doubt it very much in your case.

The same survey, but according to company instead of specific mobile phone.
Customers who rated very satisfied for their smartphones:
Apple iPhone - 77%
Motorola - 71%
HTC - 63%
Samsung - 45%
RIM - 44%
Motorola is actually doing well and giving Apple a run for its money. However, Samsung didn't do too well in this survey, just scoring 1% higher than RIM (Blackberry).
These kind of surveys are important in that they give real world feedback about smartphone ownership. They may of course not necessarily reflect how one personally feels about a smartphone, but may be useful as a sort of yardstick for those beginning their research.

Whenever there is a survey there is always written about the country it was surveyed in and also the number of users.

At the end of the day, if a Galaxy S owner was Very Satisfied with their phone, don't you think they would have answered so in the survey? After all, the Motorola Droid owners and the HTC Evo owners did, which resulted in high scores for the respective phones.

And how is it biased? After all, if you check, Motorola and Evo scored also impressive scores. It was the Galaxy S that owners were most disappointed with.
