Touch and hold the application icon till it starts to wiggle and then tap on the tiny " - " mark in the red circle to close it.

Hi all, how do I check if I have apps running in the background? In addition to this, how do I close apps running in the background? The bigger picture here is to conserve battery. All advise, opinions and views considered.

Ecept from all the mentioned feauters:
-it gives you the most possitive feeling and thats why it has 300000 apps in appstore and it΄s hack is supported by the best hackers
-it is made from gorila glass and metal and no plastic
-It worths its money and thats why it's price is the same for the older iphones

I visited the opinion page to know more abt the phone n d apps but 90% of the comments r part of d war of words of iphone users and the ppl who hate iphone.
n while writing dis i can read the above instructions.. "No bashing - deliberately and repeatedly bashing the same brand

*Jailbreak: Allows handset to run Hacked apps, therefore you can get apps made by developers not registered on the Apple App Store. You're not alone on having a iPhone with original settings, I have it myself. As for benefits and drawbacks... Google it again. You will also be able to find Jailbreaking details on YouTube (Tutorials, Websites...)
*Apps from elsewhere: I'm not entirely sure, I'd advise you to Google it again.
*Radio: You can stream Online Radio, from any online stations that provides this service. Unfortunately the iPhones do not have an AM/FM receptor.
I hope this can clarify some issues for you.

"No file transfer over Bluetooth or USB Mass Storage mode"
This is so hard to understand with my usage... How can anyone live with that? Where will i put my files? It has no card slot also, how can this fone be used for anything "normal"? It cant even make calls in some situations coz reception issues i heard. Calling is pretty normal use? So wat is this?

Hi all,
I am new to the family purchasing Iphone. I had to go for the latest version of course the iphone4. I have only had her since last week wednesday. I had a HTC Desire before hand which I loved but converted due to the fact that the Iphone 4 has the best gaming experience of any mobile devise. I am not into video games consoles at all.
My queries are as follows:
How do you guys ensure your battery lasts? I run my down completely and then recharge it when it gets about 2% left. The battery is not good just like my HTC but then all smart phone batteries last about a day.
Am I the only one who is has not jailbroken my handset? I couldn't be bothered either. It doesnt make that much difference or does it? Opinions or why I should or why I should not.
What is the jailbreaking website?
Apart from the official Apple store, where else (websites) can I download apps (including free ones)?
Is there anyway I can download a stand alone radio for my phone? When I mean stand alone radio, I mean where I can download it and not have to go online to listen to my radio. Thanks.
