a Galaxy S is the exact same price (give or take) as the iphone 4, then the curve is another £200 or so ontop of that.

I am a new user I just bought iphone 4 ... moresonia, first, download iTunes 10 from the apple website. it is for free. then install on your computer. afterwards make an account by registering you username and password. wait for the confirmation of apple. afterwards you may now download paid or free apps thru itunes or directly on your phone. for safety features, you have to enter your iTunes password on every download you will make. i hope this helps you!

unknown, 24 Nov 2010Please tell the apple company's owner to Shut OFF the compa... moremaybe its better to shut up your mouth because from where do you think samsung and other brands is copying their idea of a phone? of course from iPhone! that is why they put a lot of effort just to make a phone that they think will beat the iPhone. but sorry, no other phone has beaten the best. maybe you also dont have the capability of buying iPhone. sorry!!!

The update to iOS 4.2.1 is actually quite good. Great for the iPad, but for the iPhone, nothing major.
One thing I have noticed though, my iPhone seems to have even better battery life now.

i think you guys need to learn more about using the phone in a correct and proper way before judging the phones capabilities.the iphone is an awesome phone.read the the phone manual correctly and dont abuse the phones capacity and you'll enjoy it.

wave cheaper than iphone not because iphone... moreI agree the Samsung Wave's specs are superior (except for the resolution), but the "connecting" program Kies make these scintillating specs worthless.
The SamsungApps/Kies pair is a joke and makes the Wave nothing more than a toy.
Just one example of the issues: it is impossible to purchase an application if your language (and/or residence)is not that of the country where you bought it. There is not even a spreadsheet application; since the days of the great Psion3 18 years ago, there was a decent spreadsheets with every PDA/smartphone I had.

[deleted post]Install VLC "out of the box" from the App store, it's free, then you enable VLC sharing in iTunes and can sync and watch Divx, AVI etc. straight out of the box.

iOS is still a lot better than Android, iOS is like Coca Cola, the real thing, Android is like generic Cola in an unmarked can, you can try and pretend it's coke but deep down it isn't.

[deleted post]srry dude but iphone4 kicks hard in galaxy s's a** nd every other android phones....nd true to be said there's nothing sp abt galaxy s its the same like every android phones in the market like desire,xperia,milestone nd the list goes on nd on...its just personal preference which brand u want otherwise its same....but with iphones u can do anything besides its basic functionalities....i have recently installed android 2.2 in my previous iphone 3g...nd it works great...but that doesn't mean i like android...its just for experimental purpose only...nd the dev team is also working on windows7 mobile for iphone................so yeah iphone is a overall great package now available in the market.....
nd seeing these things u can do with iphone i think its price is right nd its worth every penny...

I dont know whats going in us.dollars currency is falling day by day.
Barak obama wants 50,000 jobs for americans in india.so why apple phone price is going high.even not affordable by middle class people.as seeing their specification its better to buy N8 or galaxys,milestone and many more at affordable price.but whts happening inside apple still a total internal reflection.in many countries iphone4 is not launched yet why.these all are the reasons why apple phones are being rated around 5.5 or 6.apple shouldn't b called a mobile handset company only called as poor specification at very high rates.apple should think twice at their price and specification.
