Survey then came out saying that iPhone 4 actually drops calls even less than 3GS, but too late.
I have used my iPhone 4 without a cover from day one, and have had no problems, and so have a majority of owners. It is quite likely that you won't have to use it either.

It's a beautiful piece of equipment. Though it may not compare to the external shape of iPhone 3 series, it is definitely better in other qualities. The resolution is excellent, and you have a whole lot of other features, like grouping your menu items, and face-time. The extra camera is definitely an added bonus. There might be some tiny problems, but don't let anyone intimidate you into not buying it.

My point is over 3 million have been sold, it takes more than just your two phones overheating, to make it a design flaw. A design flaw indicates that the potential is there for every single iPhone 4 out there.
Should I go spamming the Galaxy S comment section now, with the above link, and saying there's a design flaw? In any case, can't be bothered. Enjoy your Galaxy S.

It was my complete mistake to chose iPhone4.
My new 1st iPhone4 display black out and over heated on the 1st time charging. I've got a replacement of 2nd iPhone4 but it is also keep resetting and hangup and service center offer to replace the 3rd iphone. Both faulty iPhone are confirm hardware problem. I don't belive i am too unlucky on earth...it is definitely the design flaw. If you still think iPhone4 is best, good luck to you. When you hold (especially with left hand), the signal also drop from 3 bar to 1 bar. This phone must be the terminator for Apple.
Worst still, the service.......I decided to change to Galaxy S but there is pushing and blaming each other between Apple Service and Singtel (carrier) Service. The fact is that once you buy iPhone, you are in a Deep-Sxxx and impossible to return. I was told by Telco that I have to return to Apple but Apple accepted first but after 5 days delay, Apple told me to return only to Telco. They told me only accept return for Signal Reception drop issue only after I have been waiting for the return process. Not only that, I have to wait 40 minutes to get through the iPhone4 return number ( 1800-6927753 option 5) whenever I need to call. I need to talk to 5 different people from iPhone and none of them follow up and the DEAD iPhone is in my hand for one week and I am stuck in between the Apple - Telco pushing each other.
It was a long story..Singtel telco finally accepted me to exchange with Galaxy only after I have told them that I will publish the issue and to write to CEO. I will share my experience to wherever and whenever possible. I do not hate any mobile before but APPLE iPhone4.

Media and haters spotted an opportunity, and everyone took their chance and bashed Apple. You don't hear anything about it in the media these days, which is surprising since Apple didn't fix anything right?
Its just one of those things. Millions of people bought the iPhone 4, and are currently enjoying it. No mass returns, no baying for blood. Only hysterical folk seem to be the non-owners.
I bought it, love it, and am enjoying it.
By the way guys, R-Type just came out. Side scrolling shoot em up, here I come.

Press the home button and power button, and it will do a screen grab, and the image will be stored in your Camera Roll album.

[deleted post]Ok tip for PDFs on iPhone.
If you get a PDF in your email or there is one on a web page in Safari, just touch the PDF icon and hold, and then select "Open in iBooks". This adds the PDF to iBooks, which you can read later.
Nice part of PDF reading in iBooks is you can double tap to zoom and it resizes according to column width, just like Safari does with websites.
