Hey! tell that guy that he has left his iphone 4 here, so he should come and take it. I dont want to see this useless lizard around me. My nokia n70 beat iphone 4 in the 4 most important features of a phone ,
1. Multitasking
2. The use of memory card
3. Fm radio
4. Java
Now we know how useless this lizard is. Only ignorant people will have interest in this good for nothing phone.

lots of apps ..... but lots of features missing.
Try the new update on android Froyo 2.2, faster browser, full flash 10.1, mobile hot spot, 720p recording etc...... good luck with ur new device

Had it for 7 days now!! and have had not 1 reception Issue in Australia, I love the phone and im a person coming from android!!

the general argument im hearing is that you can do all these things on android/symbian that you cannot do on iOS, or that what ever iOS4 has, other platforms have had it years before it. and its all 100% true, however....a lot of the things you can do on other platforms is a good argument only if those things matter to you, for example, having flash when youre surfing the web. if you absolutely need it, then android is the way to go, if not iOS will be more than fine, you mentioned you need bluetooth support, well jailbreaking it gives you that and so much more that android's OS would have a much smaller gab for advantages.
the other thing to note, at least from my experience, is that iOS is still the smoothest in terms of UI experience. and that just makes it a true pleasure to use. and as for the second argument that features on the new iphone have been around for years before iphone was even released back in 2007 - so what? those features are around, but apple has implemented them in a way that is not only easy to use, but enjoyable. to the average consumer its a huge deal because ease of use is one of the main things people look for in a smartphone.
im currently with nokia and i can tell you that doing almost anything is hardly a joy or pleasure on my device vs iOS or android, which is why ill be switching to iphone 4 when they re-stock my local telus store lol.
my reasons for not going android are simply due to privacy. granted google wont really share your personal info with the world, but the fact that they have access to it doesnt sit all that well with me. when i get a phone the contents on said phone are for my eyes only unless i choose to share it. but thats just me, and others find it to be a small sacrifice for the huge customization and open source coding that android offers vs iOS's very strict app store. - again, jailbreaking completely removes this issue but others prefer to keep their warrenty.

Who the hell cares about transferring images and songs when you can simply open your email and attach it, it is more reliable and is very easy to retrieve from any device with email access.
Think about it.

I cannot believe how much people shit talk this brand. You don't have to be smart to realize that IPHONE is not only popular but it is also one of the only phones to ever make it to news papers around the globe. Has anyone ever seen how SONY or Samsung announces their smart phones? no! because no one gives a shit about a company who brings a new smart phone every day to the market, not only that, they are not impressive comparing to what apple has to offer, at list Apple cares about their customers and has a better marketing strategy and is always first in the market, with things such as Itunes, Appstore, a large screen when every company tried going small screen.
This device really changed every manufacturers opinion about what a phone should be and look like. if not for Apple, we would using shity old symbian nokia phones with 2 inch screens.
BTW i am not an Apple fan, i just enjoy quality products and Apple manufactures quality hardware.

The ip4 SHOULD have been the best smartphone around but this will depend on the user. if you are ok with drop calls then ip4 should be ok for you. The other choices you should go for is the Samsung captivate and HTC Evo 4. All have different trade offs in terms of resolution, reception, programs, upgrades, camera, etc. Good luck on your spending money.

Look, just upgraded from an iphone 3g 8gb to the HTC desire the other day, and I must say, it feels really weird. I mean with all the negatives people put on apple's products, i must say, i miss my iphone. The ease of use, the simplicity and diversity of the apps and the way they enhanced my everyday life, it can't be done on an Android platform. Simple things such as online banking, facebook, etc, have become a lot more tidious on an android compared to the iphone. You can try and bag them out as much as you would like, but i will definetly be going back to an iPhone, real soon, as I cannot handle the HTC or Android. Don't really care about open source coding and all that other bullshit, i just want a phone that makes my everyday life easier, and the iPhone definetly does that. Hats off to Apple for a brillian product!!!!
