ios 7 is total waste on iphone 4

First my system was ios 4 then i upgraded it to ios 7 now im having problems coz its very slow nd theme is like chinese phones...i want to to downgrade it to ios 6.1.3 can anyone tell me how to do it

i upgrade the ios7 in i 4 16 gb but the difference is to slow the system of phone some time having the problem of hangfing to plz reply me soon with solution. but one more difference found increase the battery backup..

my iphone4 16gb at times displays dnd with ACCEPT and CANCEL options at bottom and BACK option at top left side of the display, this I observed since some times when phone is in lock mode IT DISPLAYS. The screen switches ON till I select the options else if UNNOTICED IT STAYS ON TILL I choose an option. This happened when it is in my pocket, IF UNNOTICED THE DISPLAY is ON with this and phone GETTING WARM, I even checked the options in my phone and could not rectify this. this is happening at times when I am in travel or phone in my pocket. Anybody facing this? ANY SOLUTION REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

I phone 4 is a great phone but please for heavens sake do not install IOS 7 it will give you problems stick with the IOS 6.1.3. I can only hope that apple will resolve the situation and bring out a better IOS.
Also I phone 4 was the last iphone which was made when Steve Jobs was still alive. THe iphones after his death which are coming out now in the market are not as good as the original ones like Iphone 3 and 4
