Apple iPhone 4

One of our very close AT&T sources just sent us in these images. Yes, it’s a fried iPhone 4. Apparently a customer brought the phone into the store to try and get help with it, although it’s pretty evident that the phone is unrepairable. It’s the first time our guy has seen this happen (us too), but the brand new iPhone 4 caught on fire while being hooked up to a computer usingcomputer using the Apple USB cable that accompanied the device. The customer wanted to exchange the iPhone — obviously — for a new, non-charred unit however the AT&T store in question was out of stock. An Apple Store did confirm to our AT&T connection that this did appear to be a defective USB port and not some sort of user erroruser error. Our source went onto say that the phone bezel was extremely hot (obviously), and it slightly burned the customers hand. The USB port in the phone was slightly melted and the cord was badly melted (as is apparent in the pictures). Hopefully this is the only time we see our beloved iPhones meet a fiery death.

[deleted post]Oh the iphone is a trendsetter thats why you must follow it. Just like sh33p following eachother ha ha ha ha
Thats thy they call you bunch sh33p. Oh and lets not forget the interface. Who needs a working antenna, good signal, a properly functioning proximity sensor etc when we have the user interface.
DOnt embarass yourself anymore. Get out while you still have a chance. On your way out, stop by a grade one class and you could learn something.

Fact.. the iphone is still the trendsetter. All other companies are really trying to play catch up.. Why? Sales!
Truth is because it still has, by far, the best user interface! Millions of buyers agree!
Do the math!

I noticed ever since the iPhone hit the market all the other phone manufacturers are trying like crazy to duplicate but to no success.
Nokia is a dying company and coming up with too little too late.
All the Nokia Fans are just screaming now and no one is listening. Shame.. they should have focused on their high end phones five years ago instead of the mid to low range.
That was the real "Death Grip!"

Ofcourse he will admit! All phones have the same instructions on how to hold them to avoid signal issues! 3% out of how many millions sold means that not too many people are complaining and only those who want to see the iPhine fail or cant afford it, or prfer dying brands like Nokia will blow out it out of proportion! If you want a link, google it! Or do you need to get an iPhone to browse the web?

If you want to post valid figures, dont make up BS. Provide the links as well.

Im sure that all the competitor fan boys posting here to slam the iPhone would still get one if they could afford it.
I just found out the issue with the signal only impacted 3% of all iPhone's sold.
But as with most successful products, competitors will always blow up a situation just to improve thier own lagging sales! Right Nokia, Samsung, and HTC!

I've seen the Nokia N9 in action. If you think that the N8 is good or any of the other mobiles you all have another thing coming. Meego is really brillaint and is really responsive.
