The ATT only lockdown is bogus.
I have a 3GS from Australia sim-free unlocked. It runs on T-Mobile, but only on 2G. ATT only allows iPhones if you sign a contract. So, so greasy.

It's open source so others will be able to use it on computers for example.

64k is why videocalls have had such low quality in the past.

I am not impressed at all. I would expect something more from iPhone and looking at specification it isn't 4G phone but still 3G. Lookg like it only 4 generation of iPhone. Comparing it to Nokia N900 with Maemo5 (Linux) I would buy Nokia....

i have just known that 4g is just its name,this phone DOESN'T support 4th generation wireless networks.It will probably be outdated in less than a year, seriously apple sucks, but some people have closed eyes and are not thinking probably.

Love the phone, usinging a htc atm, not really liked the iphones before now but this looks promising..... just cant justify the price for a phone :S????
