              For those of you who think using a micro-SIM is a big problem,
              actually micro-SIM is electrically identical to the mini-SIM in terms of the chip,
              only the plastic of the mini-SIM that surrounds the chip makes you think they are electrically different, but that's not the case.

              So, you can convert you mini-SIM to micro-SIM in these ways:
              - http://www.engadget.com/2010/05/06/how-to-create-your-own-micro-sim-card-using-a-chef-knife-and-som/
              (How to create your own Micro SIM card using a chef knife and some scissors)

              - http://www.engadget.com/2010/06/04/cut-my-sim-does-as-its-name-commands/
              (Cut My SIM does as its name commands)

              And if you watched the keynote by Steve Jobs (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/wwdc10/index.html), you would notice that using micro-SIMs is simply just because they are smaller, so that there is more space left for making the battery a little bit larger, and fitting in other components of the iPhone.

              Think different.

                  Because the small percentage of us are computer geeks, enthusiasts, engineers who know technology like the back of their finger. I've worked in enterprise with microsoft, cisco, apple networking. Their closed & limited hard soft architecture. Even debugging or troubleshooting an apple product becomes an exhaustive, unfriendly unhelpful annoyance. Immature architecture & software gives jobs the ability to be a leading control factor in dictating what users can & can't do with the hardware & soft platform. You end up needing special compiled apps that have to be written in apples weak inferior coding. When you get errors in the os the technically adept person like myself wants the open freedom of being presented with useful debugging code or an ability to fix the fault theirselves.

                    Posted this already but had to say it here. I can't vouche for the rest of the world, but I love when people come at the video conferencing portion of the iPhone 4 and bash it. It's true that many phones have forward facing cameras and capable of doing video conferencing. But here in the US I would really like someone, and I'm being serious and not sarcastic, to list for me all the US released mobile phones and/or US mobile phone companies that offer any kind of video conferencing for everyday use now. Thats why I love to hear the "oh, apple is just bringing out old technology thats already been here" speeches. Well God d*mn it, it's about time someone put that old technology to everyday capability around here. Enjoy hating, but please folks... hate responsibly :).

                              I love looking at the comments there is so much hate in them. Could I for one moment say that it’s just a phone? As an android user I am very much looking forward to the review of the phone. Apple makes one phone and they make it well. Android has loads of Handsets but here goes there is not one that matches the build quality of this phone the materials are top-notch. It doesn’t matter that they have loads of things missing and that they are playing catch up with other brands. Because the word Apple is printed on it, it is going to sell.

                              Apple are closed which is good and bad. But there OS wipes out Android they way everything looks is professional.

                              For Android to truly be in the race they will have to up the build quality of there phones. The amount of times I have taken the back of my HTC Desire to remove the battery because it wont shut down when it freezes is a joke. I am on my third handset this one works but with the above problems.

                              The market really needs to up its game it looks ok but there is so much junk on there and half don’t even work there is no room for a 1 star App there just shouldn’t exist. Which is part reason why Apple are closed and there apps work when you use them.

                              I love Android but I believe in the coming years its going to have to start making choices if you development and people to start programming great apps open source will not be the way forward. Also more time has to be spent on customer service and also build quality of the phone and also testing the phone. All these different version are just confusing there needs to be a standard Android does need to learn from Microsoft and Apple.

                              On the plus I think Android is a very exciting piece of software it just needs to sharpen up.

                              We all know that Apple are going to sell millions of these phones maybe the debate shouldn’t be what you think this phone lacks but more why have Apple again been able to outsell everyone with one handset. There has to be a reason why 50 million and counting have it in there hand.

                                      no more unlimited data on at&t.
                                      200mb=$15 per month
                                      2gb=$25 pre month
                                      when you upgrade you will have to take these data plans.
