ok , nice phone, but still expensive. in romania the iphone 3gs 16gb free network is 750$.many people would like to have one, but... what you think about that aplle. i tell you what you think ................................... nothing
we have here in bucharest aplle store, all the products but no iphone. ???????

[deleted post]Those nokia fanboys are not capable of seeing anything good about the iphone. They'd probably say that the iphone4 is the thickest smartphone out there, lol. They even claim that the n95 is thinner than the iphone and that the n95 has a bigger display, lol.

unrelated to kwik but i did say the daily interest would shoot up once apple confirmed the handset, it wasn't because it wasn't liked. its because it wasn't confirmed and low and behold...........94%

iPhone 4 Glass – Will it break?
We here at iFixYouri did a little science experiment the other day. Many people have been talking that the new iPhone has strong glass, less prone to scratching, 30 times stronger than plastic, etc. Will the new glass prove to be ultra strong and never break?
I’m going to go with a no on this one. Why may you ask? They do say that it is 30 times stronger than plastic, and there is a video of it bending. Bending, yes. They did also state that the iPhone 3Gs Glass was stronger when that came out as well. It may bend more, but can it handle shock and sudden impact, that is the real question. That is what causes 95% of glass shattering. Not because you bent the glass in your pocket, not because you dropped it and it bent, but really because of sudden impact.
Land it flat on the ground, and it will smash. We have evidence. Before i show you the evidence, I am going to point out a design flaw that will bite them in the future. On the new iPhone, the glass basically sits on top of the aluminum frame. On the old iphone, it was recessed and protected by a chrome bezel.
We have a full iPhone 4(minus the circuit board), here at our shop and decided to do a little drop test. This drop was performed from 3.5 ft up. Mind you that these parts ARE original apple parts. Laser etched and all. The iPhone 4 did survive 2 drops, as expected, but on the 3rd drop there was a loud POP, and yet again, shattered glass.

Perfect product but how do we use it here in Africa where microsims aren't common?? Any chance for normal sims!!

Lets summurize the disadvantages of the most expensive fone in da market:
+ No radio.
+ No multi-tasking.
+ 3.5 inches. it can be a lil bit bigger screen.
+ No video call. Just supports w/WiFi and w/another iphone4
+ Apple A4 processor is 1GHz. if we assume to use this fone for years it has to be either 1.2 or 1.5 GHz
+ No Flash support. That means you can't view web pages fully with music, videos etc.
The main advantage is the highest resolution ever which is 640x960.
You decide.

If you don't want an iPhone ... more I agree with you, I come on here to see whats going on, and all I see is people getting so angry at the make of phone, I would suggest people try using it first before they start being so hateful, its only a phone, it does wot it does really well, we no its not got all the same features as other phones, but then other phones dont have what apple have, all people need to do is decide what they wont from a phone and buy whats good for them, if they cant do that simple thing then dont bother coming on here and just saying stuf like " Apple sucks, I'l wait for an N8, " for heavens sake, I chose not to get an iphone because for me I like to browse the net a lot during the day, and i like flash support, i have an unlimited data plan with my provider, and i wonted a high end camera phone, with hd record, slow-mow, and an OMLED screen, and i wonted a sd card slot, and a changeable battery, and be able to share files via Bluetooth, and have strong wifi and call connection, so thats why i didn't buy one, but i dont hate for what it cant do. its a very nice peace of kit, im shore in years to come it will do the things that i wont in a phone, and at that time i'l most probably buy one, so all you folks stop with the hatred
