dude if its been blocked with the passcode connect your i phone to itunes and do a factory reset it will help you. i guess its the only way.

am not an apple fan boy. was a nokia fanboy though till 2 years ago. switched to iphone. IMHO iphone (pref 4) better.
if want to go for android, i say check out HTC
