once again apple makes us fool. they should have introduced some new innovative tech in this phone such as wimax or lte for network and video colling is like 10 years old technology..... so after the first one iphone is a follower not a inverter..

If the iphone price does not inflate in South Africa like the previous versions its going to kil the samsung wave, galaxy range and the nokia n8 , thats if they dont inflate the price im hoping that it doesnt i want one of these the white looks perfect and uber cool

I have been trough a lot of phones. And I have been hating on the iPhone for almost 2 years. Why? Because it lacks too many things. But then the touchscreen rush slammed right into me. I bought myself a N5800, and to be honest, I sold it after just 2 months. Then I decided to see "what's up" with the iPhone. So... I got myself an iPhone 3GS. Then I was hooked. I ate my words. TRUE it's not a complete phone, but it does everything i want in a phone. Especially with all the apps available.
I will never change to another phone other than a newer generation iPhone.
3.1 MP camera? ive got a 12.1MP HD digicam.
No bluetooth sharing? I dont share anything anyway.
No multi-tasking? oh wait iOS4.
No this and that? Ive got all the apps I need.
Anywho... I probably wont get me an iPhone 4 just yet... because still lacks the 'motivating" innovations for me and... i still love my iPhone.

REALITY CHECK GUY.., 09 Jun 2010and their video calling is even not available over 3G.. onl... moreomg this is the best iphone ever. u wanna kno wats new from other iphones? well it has multi tasking, 5mp camera, 720p hd recording(tho it doesnt have mini hdmi port so that v can directly connect to tv, front camera and its really really thin wooooooowwwwww. looooolll m neva making another mistake of buying this phone. they rely kno how to hype up thr products. yea the phone is rely thin n tats good. but as usual u cant call it a top end phone when it has a 5mp cam n no new feature. the video call can b used wit wifi only v cant use 3g video call. n for anything n everything v'll need to buy an application. phones nowadays cme wit 12 mp cam. my 3gs screen cracked after i dropped it. this one has a glass screen and back and the display is embedded to glass so i can imagine how much i'll have to fork out if display cracks. no offence to apple fanboys out thr(i was one too) m jus giving my opinion.

But I don't buy your reasons for it. The carriers are not capable? Bull. The carriers don't want is more like it. And Apple is more than happy to bend over to them. Remember the radio app that got banned because App found them to be too taxing on the carrier bandwidth.
