My iphone 4S WiFi switch not making for about a week, but after a week its WiFi switch makes on automatically and works nicely for 25 hours. Now the same problem happened , now WiFi switch dose not making on. I have restarted several time, but no improvement. Do any body can help me to solve this problem?

What you are referring to is called Memory effect (see, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_effect). This affected older types of batteries (NiCd and NiMH). Most devices today use Li ion batteries. These don't exhibit this effect much. So, I agree with you that we should routinely charge the battery fully to complete one cycle. But the point I am trying to make is that it will not hurt much if you occasionally need to quickly partially charge the device.
