Bunty, 09 Oct 2013After updating to iOS 7 battery of my iphone 4s is draining... morebackup your iPhone on iTunes 11.1.1, put you iPhone in DFU mode and restore it to factory settings (iTunes will automatically give you a pop up to restore your device once it is detected in Diagnostic mode)
FYI: to put your iPhone in DFU mode turn off your phone, press power and home button together for 10 secs and release the power button (not the home button) once the Apple logo flashes on the screen.
this has work on most iPhones ie I tried on my and my partners iPhone and battery drain issues no longer exist for me or my partner. my phone would stay on atleast 8 hrs on 3G connection while accessing instagram, facebook, Whatsapp and other online apps.
PS: make sure to backup your iPhone before performing the aforementioned steps or you would lose all your data on the phone.

My iphone 4s works perfectly when i set it up as a new iphone and restored the apps through itunes back up. Battery last for 2 days with an in between charging time of 30 minutes. Some apps crash now and then and i am waiting for all the apps to be updated to run on ios 7. Wanted to buy a 5s or 5c after the new ios but i dont see why i should.
