I h... morehi. iv had the same problem, but from what I've acknowledged from friends and family, you can't do this other than downloading an app or buying them from itunes. if not, an alternative method would be downloading itunes on your computer/laptop and then putting the songs onto the computer/laptop and importing them onto itunes and then transfering them to you're phone.
