The power of Siri is not in voice control, that has existed for years. The power lies in its context understanding, which can only be demonstrated, and not explained in words.

Watch how the iPhone 4S is now 'intelligent' and now 'understands' commands, as opposed to just taking them. The future is here, and it is iPhone 4S.
Of course, people are free to prefer other phones, and some are probably better in other aspects, but to call iPhone 4S a 'bad' phone is nothing but sour grapes. I love the iPhone, but would never take that as a reason to say the SGS2 is crap.

if apple had shaved a millimetre off the width and called this the iphone 5 everyone would be going crazy for it. Instead people seen it as an anti-climax...what more could they have done? This phone will still be awesome.

Iphone5 is known as iphone4s only.....as s stands for Steve...so no iPhone5 till now..and iPhone4s is a very good phone

I think that the company "apple" itself decided to name this phone not an iphone 5, but an iphone 4S in order to give their respect for Steve. iphone 4S = iphone for Steve.

no other phone can be compared to touch flow and smoothness of working of iphone. The user interaction with technology is simply amazing.. no glitches no distortion. Android is smooth but still way behind iOS. those who use iphone know it. those who cant afford an iphone will never know it. simple.

I was also a bit disappointed with the 4S because I always expect groundbreaking innovations from Apple. But I won't complain about the design at all. iPhone 4 has the best phone design ever made.
Those who are worried about how they are gonna show off to their friends with their new iPhone they should either come out of high school peer pressure mentality or join the android community where consumers are continuously racing to stay up to date, where a new android phone comes everyday and a phone gets 'outdated' within 3 months and you are forced to buy a new one.
iPhone is for users who would like to use their phones for 1.5-2.5 years. iPhone 3GS users are getting iOS 5 upgrades for free.

apple's technology is the best. Iphone is without doubt the most attractive and efficient phone. Problems like sync with only one computer and lack of capability to transfer files to other phone brands stand very practical issues. Other than that theres nothing to complain about

This new processor is 2 times faster over predecessor as well 7 times its graphics is faster. so i dont think v sud worry much abt its features.

The most advanced screen quality"RETINA DISPLAY", till date only Apple could made it. Iphone 4S is certain to rules till galaxy S3 pop up by Q3 2012. By then iphone 5 will already see daylight.

This is nothing more than apple's attempt to keep up and compete. But the specs don't even match the 6 month old galaxy s2. Samsung is where its at, just accept your fate fan boys.

I like iPhone a lot bcoz overtime it has become my office on the move. I would like to know its availability in India.
With 2 antennas in it GSM + CDMA; does it mean that the battery will drain quickly?
Also, can I use either gsm or cdma SIM in this iphone4s?

apple should include laser keyboard and holographic display to be at top if they could do it. i am deeply disappointed by apple as they should increase the size to 4 inch and there should be a more advanced version
