obviously this is just an upgrade. just like iphone3g to iphone 3gs. maybe apple just went with the current "trend". dual-core cpu's and 1080p/8mp shooter. afaik, apple does well with there os + hardware combination. with this, i guess iphone5 would be a major overhaul

It has worse specs than the samsung, more "red tape" than android, and the physical phone has been seen before... for nearly a year and a half. Better phones out there, better values out there, and better companies to back. Apple launched a phone that is already out of date because it's Apple and people will buy it anyway, even at the crazy pricing... That's just my opinion though... As you can tell, I won't be buying one.

Haha apple what a disapointment you still cant beat galaxy s2 even tho thats been out 6months longer not only that but from next year the s3 will have a quad core procser apple have a hell of a lot of work to do to catch up with samsung maybe if they tryed consentraing on making a decent phone and showing ppl that they can beat samsung that way rather than in the corts and trying to slow samsung down!!!!

Such a disappointment of Apple. They are mocking with people. I was using 3g and 3gs for two years. I sold my 3gs last week, so I could wait for the new one. But Im disappointed. I have to look for other brands from now on such as samsung or htc. You are still making phones in 3.5" screen and trying to fit the resolution int this small screen. Are you kidding? I havent used any android phone yet but I suggest you to take a lesson from Android, at least user interface. You lost me as a customer Apple shame on you.

Galaxy S II & Note are good phones but when you go with iphones you have a great phone. with the iphone 4s. some of you need to go to the apple website and have a little read on this amazing handset.

over a year of waiting for just some updates to samsung or htc's 2010 techs?!?! r they fooling us?
no new design or display size or any other innovations we expect and heard from iphone.even its name has no change from 4 to 5. its really disapointing and unacceptable...
