I bought Iphone 5S 64G from AIS shop in Siam Paragon on Tuesday 26 Nov 2013, after My son checked the phone at home,we found there is a problem at Top button it is not firmed,and there is a noise if we shake the phone. I went back to claim my phone at AIS,but AIS said there is no policy for replacement for this problem. I am very disappointed with AIS and Quality of Apple. In the future, I won't consider any product from Apple, and I will change the operator from AIS to other in Thailand.

D... moreGo into the APP store, it'll detect that you don't have an ID, then it'll ask you to set one up, fill out the pages, agree to the terms and conditions, and then you'll have one. Buying apps, you either do it via credit card, or you can redeem gift cards from Apple.

I have had many android devices, and my HTC was by far the worst ever!!!

I made the switch today.
Htc one has failed me with its camera.
The htc service center here is very poor at service and cannot fix my phone until next year coz of the short supply parts.
I'am never going to android device again.i felt cheated.
Every android device I own has issues and it's hard for me.
I trade my One to ip5. I'm satisfied now.
Goodbye htc utrapinkxel.may your company bankrupt and then u will stop selling people shit.

iphone and iOs fanatics were not about the screen size and the numbers of cpu core of the phone. We are about efficiency, optimizition of features and we are spoil by apple in terms of security and privacy. Go iphone 5!
