help me out which one should I buy iphone5 or galaxy 4s

My iphone5 battery was drained fully once. after recharging the battery percentage is not showing always full. when i reboot the mobile then only it is showing actual battery percentage and it struck again. any idea how to resolve.

At the moment I'm using the HTC One, but I prefer to change to the ios. But iPhone 5 is not according to my preferences, specially display Size is too small and not much of improvement when compared to the this year flagship phones.
According to rumors iPhone 5s will be same size as iPhone 5. Just improvement of new hardware. However I'm still waiting for the iPhone 6. My final decision is depend on the iPhone 6. My preferences are
* At least 4.3 inches full HD display.
* 12 mp rear camera & 2 mp front camera with new the features.
* 2200mah battery.
* 1.8 ghz dual core processor.
* NFC
* Some innovative ideas than the iPhone 5 will be much appreciate.
These are my basic requirements. If iPhone 6 have these. Then it will be my next phone.

For me as a user, iPhone5 is the fastest in browsing and no LAGS in all applications. Samsung S4 sometimes lags in using applications such as Facebook, etc.. But still im using both phones and enjoying it.

Every single person on GSMArena is mobile phone obssessed which is under 10% of population leaving 90+ normobs..So they are the biggest buyers of smartfones,,just because your mate jumped to S4 does not indicate normobs are..

Good device, only problem with capacity of battery which is rather poor... Navigation could be improved. Before I used Android which was incoherent and sometimes very disappointing.

I'm a Android user, but I'm really disappointed with slow & lagging Android. New ios 7 is so much like Android and full of new ideas and more attractive than Android. That was really impressed me. However I'm already planned for change to ios. May be I should wait for iphone 5s or iphone 6.

You say you would buy iphone if tethered jailbreak is available but you would not use any mobile phone in beta,,so until its gone GM then a jailbreak is available only then can i answer your question..Somehow i think a jailbreak is going to be a long time because musclenerd has given up doing it due to too much hassle plus Apple have locked down big time for security reasons.
