iPhone 5 has 1GB of RAM and Galaxy S4 has 2GB. But when you run and open apps/games,they both have the same speed! even if the iPhone 5 has lower specs. iOS is still the best when it comes to processing speed. Android have lags but in iOS i dont feel a thing.iPhone 5 benchmark rating is good,but the S4 is the best. And S4 wins when it comes to features but i dont actually use them that much. S4 has a larger screen which is not that portable compare to iPhone 5. I5 fits in my pocket and i like it, but s4? too wide for my pocket. iPhone 5 and iOS is simply amazing. Great phone when it comes to speed and portability.

Apple is for classes not for masses. Don't compare iOS with Android. If Apple wants they can release low-cost iPhone long time ago. Apart from Google Nexus no android phone is smooth or out of lag. Even Galaxy S4 also lags. And also all other android phone apart from nexus comes with lot of bloat ware. Now a days Microsoft/Nokia Devices are good and out of lag. But long way to go. On June 29, 2007, Apple released the first version of what became iOS – concurrently with the first iPhone. Android 1.0, the first commercial version of the software, was released on 23 September 2008, approx 13 months later than iOS. So please guys don't compare Android with iOS.

iphone 5gs ringtones volum is so low & audio quality is so bad......not connect to net... not song set as ringtones

tongs, 17 Jun 2013imean is quickley to lowbat my iphone5.Never heard of lowbat either but I suppose you mean low battery.There are just usual battery tips to apply that have been around for a decade but I found mine no different to any other high end 2013 smartfone.

I can't believe Apple copied Windows Phone flat style. I don't know it's just not as stylish as WP though.. It's looks a bit amateurish! like those bad skins you can get for Android.
Nokia Lumia with WP wins for me.
Z10 comes in second place.

Haha, android is the best, all of us know after the jelly bean the android got much faster and smoother, yes the old android phone do lag, but check out the new ones, they are lag free, and android is fully customizable, not only talking about the UI, the whole OS!, and of course the updates will get the updates ASAP, hah, how many devices use iOS anyway? and also you can find Jelly Bean for almost any android phone on xda so no need for official update anyway, iPhone is much more expensive and is very strict, I like how it is fast and smooth but.... Android is still the king.

I will rather buy a Lumia WP.iPhonea are extremely inflexible, can't Bluetooth transfer to an another phone and extremely heavy process to even copy file from pc. And they are very expensive but nothing special, at least don't has a perfect camera. So Windows Phones will be much better and cost effective.

Trust me.. android makes any mid ranger phone a trash one. Slow and lag is trademark of android, its not the fault of the phone makers thou. You buy iphone .. even iphone 4 its smooth.
And if you really into iProducts and iPhones, you know those IR blasters / etc etc is not important.. we use different features, such as airplay / mirroring, passbook etc.

After looking at iPhone 5 ,
I wish only that the phone display size
is bigger than 4 inches, such as at 4.8 inches.
This is because a bigger screen is easier to read as my age is over 50 years old.

I used s1, s2 and s3. But sold all of them after few weeks and went back to the iPhone. Difficult to settle with other phones after being with the IPhone. It just works always. It may not have many features the samsung ones have. But we seldom use those features.

But when you using the HTC or LG phone it's really fast and smooth. So make your facts correct. The speed you are talking just 1-2 milliseconds, don't even feel.
And ask from your iPhone is it have IR blast, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), NFC and multi tasking.
