You can charge it ... moreso even this is new iphone i did not drain into 0% percent? i charge it maybe 10% or maybe 15% percent i heard that the 1st charge of your iphone if you drain it until 0% and charge it into 100% 3x repeatedly my battery last longer after that the next following day you will charge even 10% so isnt true?

This is my first iPhone. And all I can say is the battery life is far from adequate. I don't understand how Apple could fit this life of battery to a energy draining specs. To get 5 hrs of usage I have to turn off most features. Is this a smartphone?
I think I made a mistake by switching from other phone to this phone. It is good looking but it is not a furniture just sit at living room.

The rate of battery drainage (how many hours the phone's battery will last) usually depends on the user of the phone's application. Using Siri, location services, maps, youtube, facebook, safari, games, 3G, LTE, data, etc all the time, obviously, can drain your phone's battery. What can you do to save battery life? Shut off Siri, location services, maps, youtube, facebook notifications, safari, 3G/data/LTE - shutting all these apps will make your phone just a basic phone for calling and texting which maximizes your battery's life. You can just activate the above apps if you need it but dont forget to shut it off again. I know it is a hassle but if you want to receive that important phone call or sms at all times then this is the option for you. Another option (quite a hassle too) is to bring your charger or bring an external battery for your iPhone (you can buy it in any Apple store & its price range is about US$40-70 depending on its capacity to recharge your iPhone's internal battery).
On a last note, once iOS 6.1.2 is available, make sure to upgrade your phone's iOS. Because both iOS 5 & 6.1.1 still can drain a
phone's battery soooo quickly.

i bought a new iphone 5 and the seller she didnt say about the battery if what percent i going to charge for a new phone like this.. if i going to drain until 0% or i got a 15% before i going to charge it.. and how many times i repeat that process until the battery was in condition and didnt drain fast plss give me tip for my new iphone i didnt ussualy use this until i got the right thing to do guys plzz help me any expert here plss answer and help me thank you :(
