I've done it with my iphone 4s and my galaxy s3 and got an improvement on both from 4 to 5 hours usage to 9 to 10 hours usage. It's worth reading that.

Warning DONT UPGRADE TO IOS 6.0.2...
this is a warning to all please DONT download IOS 6.0.2 for your devices.. i have an iphone 5 and my friend has an iPad mini.. and the battery doesn't stand 5 hours a day off the charger after the update.. this is one of the worst experiences i cam across with Apple.. I want to downgrade to 6.0 but iTunes wont allow as it can void my warranty... Really this is the worst update from Apple.. and they call this an UPDATE? Fixed the wireless issues and screw up the battery life..
I am an iPhone fan.. but now my eyebrow is raising at what Apple has become in terms of credibility..
I repeat DONOT upgrade to 6.0.2 till a fix is released or you will regret it you have been warned..

Up until just a month ago.
I never owned an iphone
I never owned any android phones
In fact I never used owned any smart phones before.
I had a nokia x3-02 so as you know, I do not know the history of how much android or the ios evolved. I know windows is very new.
I was only able to play around with these phones by playing with my friends devices. Most of my friends own an ip4 or the ip4s. Alot own the s3. I can't Have a bunch of co workers owning the s3. I only know a few friends who own the ip5. My sister owns a windows phone.
After months of sampling them ios and android through tablets and phones, or whenever I walk by my local apple store at metrotown, I can tell you right now, the ios to me comes out on top. It's just so smooth and simple. Quality build is top notch compared to the s3. Not impressed with that phone as they considered it samsung muscle phone. Sure as hell doesn't compare to the ip5 in quality build. NO f in way. Please don't tell me other wise. the ip5 is wonderfully built. I did really enjoy using the note 2. really did. No joke. Very nice phone. But much to big. Windows phone. Very good. Very easy to use. However IOS is the best all around ios on the planet. by far. Sorry fandroids, but just speaking the truth. I got a 4s for christmas, and love it to death. Sure It will be nice for a bigger screen. again, I won't be fully biased. apple needs a bigger screen, but in the end, ip4s works great for me.
