You came with the 1 in 10000 number out of thin air, then suddenly made a calculation based on that lol. 240000 people with defective phones is a huge number and would make headlines. Without having to do rocket science, one can therefore infer that your initial assumption is probably faulty.
Defect rates are probably very very low, but agreed the phone should be replaced.

You probably got one with a weak battery. I;ve heard this before, very rare, but 1 in 10000 is still 240 000 people will get this issue, if you sell 24 million units.

I think you need to read, as I already said, apple focused around the areas of the phone itself, making phone calls, checking emails, fast browsing, (siri is just unbelievable awesome sometimes). Using the internet. They have the best facebook app. Want a sd card slot? Email apple yourself. Not that you care anwyays, your complaining about an apple flaw for the sake of slamming the product. We don't except everything apple makes, but the reason is understandable.
No micro sd card? Buy the f in s3 then. We don't care!

my iphone5's battery really sucks, with LTE on, the battery drops roughly 15-18% with a few data based msgs and light usasge of web surfing in 1 hour, the battery drop 12% with the same usage under 3G. even just 3G standby with almost no usage wont last a full day, what happened? anyone has this problem, i did have my phone changed,but the problem remains.

Unless you actually take 10000 hd photos, without backing em up, a 64gb will suffice for someone that needs that space. If you are really taking 10000 photos.
I suggest you go buy a f in camera instead of actually using a smart phone.

You ca... moreJust because iphones don't have expansive memory doesn't make it useless. Same goes for multitasking, widgets, live backgrounds, etc.
I would rather have the choice of expansive memory than not. If you keep a lot of pictures and videos/movies on your device, you are going to want that extra memory. It's also nice that you can hook up an external drive to an android device. Something that can't be done (As far as I know) on an Apple device. So even if your android doesn't support micro sd cards, you still have that option.
Let's face it, android is the real multi-purpose platform.

apple users are fully aware of whats available whats not. Apple has made their best decisions in whats important and whats not. Multi tasking is something they will consider, but once again, the average person is doing one thing on their phone anyways, its not a computer. Multi tasking also kills battery life. expandable memory is useless as most applications cannot load off the memory card. Lumia 920 htc droid, asus padfone 2. What do these phones have in common? no sd slot. I guess your entitled to your opinion, but you don't even have this phone, or even used it, yet you complain and whine about a phone you have no intentions it's confusing why you guys do this.

I had a friend, who had their entire iphone replaced for defective battery on his 4s.
