"The US court of appeals for the federal circuit ruled that the district court in California had "ABUSED its discretion in entering an injunction". The appeals court has sent the case back to a lower California court for reconsideration.
The Nexus is an ageing product in Samsung's line-up, with a plethora of new tablets and smartphones intended for launch before Christmas. But the overturning of the pre-trial ban is something of a SLAP ACROSS THE FACE FOR APPLE, because the patents in the Nexus case – which involve software-enabled features such as click-to-zoom – are directly related to features of Android, which powers the majority of the world's smartphones".

....the best choice is Samsung galaxy Y S.... costing only US $ 136 with all the above functions + more applications than ip5.

For all you apple haters out there, it really comes down to this. what ever phone people have, has nothing to do with you. Stop randomly making stuff up, and slamming it to death. Every major site that reviewed the ip5 gave it a real good score. If you don't like it, don't f in buy it. There's no point coming here and saying negative stuff about it.
After reading the patents apple has for the ip6, I personally think, apple is saving their true powers for ip6. I think diliberatly made the ip5, (normal) so normal that when the ip6 comes out, the improvement gap is so wide, that it will garner soooo much attention that everyone will want it even more.

the above link is what they are stirring up for their ip6. Expect it to come out in 2 years. Apple is once again going to bring phone usage to the next level with the ip6 beast. Apple is not going to dick around anymore. They are going to patent everything. It's hilarious.

iphone 5 is good but still lack many features and i cansay some important ones:
1st point. It will be nice to have "mass storage mode" but in the end, its suppose a f in smart phone. Not an external usb drive. If you really want something like that, get a android phone that requires constant updates and fixes.
2nd point. You have a good point there. It will be nice to be able to download stuff straight to the phone. I give you a point on that. But once again, it's not neccessary. smart phones are intended for making phone calls. recieving phone calls. Bonus is surfing the internet, and checking emails, and occasionally watching video's. These are by far the most used features on a smart phone. But once again, to be able to do this, it comes with a price. Problems problems, problems with the o.s. Yup. Android.
3. this point is rather subjective. So no point for you. Anyone can literally slam the ip5 for not having enough features. Even if they nice "widgets" it still wont be good enough for apple haters like yourself.
4 Personally any phone that is 300 dollars to me is already expensive. You get what you pay for. If it's too expensive don't buy it. Cause honestly, 650 bucks for the s3 is too expensive for me too, for an over sized phone that is made out of plastic.
5 crappy apps. Any professional programmer will be laughing at you. Their apps are better then Androids. Androids have more apps because its open sourced, but that comes with a price. Programmers find much more difficult to make an app for android because some phones, android will run that program differently which in the end, causing progblems. ONe of the cons of having an android phone. They will also tell you, it is so much easier to write a program for ios. But once again, the pro's of having android phone, lots of apps. Lots of useless apps too.
6 your 6th point is literally a slap in your own face. This is a huge advantage for apple owners, to be able to use android functions in their apple. Can android phones use ios? No f in way. also how many of these phones actually go back to apple for warranty? Your are looking at 1 device to every 10000 that needs some sort of warranty.
