Logically, would they reduce stock to actually reduce their sales knowing demand was there? Unlikely.
Of course, time will tell but signs look good for a great sales launch.

Maybe next year, after the 5-6 month lag in upgrades as usual. Also check the percentage figures, less and less users on the latest Android versions. Android owners simply don't know how to or are not able to upgrade. This is a growing problem for Googke which is unsolvable.
WP8 and iOS do not suffer from this defect as upgrades are instantaneous.

Maybe it will h... moreAll I know is Apple claims they don't have enough stock to fulfil all the first orders but that could mean they deliberately creating stock shortages to get people talking about it because they know the phone's so mediocre it can't stand up on it's own merits.

Plenty however love the iPhone size as it was built with one handed operation in mind. The iPhone 5 screen was stretched, but not by so much because of this reason, longer screen and 16:9 for video, but retaining one handed operation.
