Torn here... I sold my 4s and am now using android and was seriously considering the new ip5 but I cannot justify spending close to a thousand dollars for a new phone that is just so similar to the 4s..not happening...seriously after a few days I'd be like why did I bother, bored already

an actual teardown... it costs apple $254 to make the iphone 4s 64gb version but they sell it unlocked for close to $830...
lumia 900 costs $209, galaxy nexus 7 cost $152 and kindle fire cost $202
the n8 and the iphone 4 cost the same at $197
galaxy sII skyrocket costs $244 and th galaxy note 10.1 costs $283
somehow i cant find the galaxy s3 but i assume its under $300

nice phone but it is so expensive and not suitable for many countries because of nano simcard.galaxy s3 is far better in technology,specification,service and price.

Width of 58.6 mm is below my expectation, while other smartphones > 60 mm at about 4 inch screen!
I think it is not a suitable size for playing multimedia (e.g. left a lot blank space in scale zoom mode)..

Go and buy one instead of talking nonsense about iPhone 5 , what do you expect from apple to do miracle for you blind , when apple announced the new phone as iPhone 5 means better than last version . If something innovative from apple ,they call it new iPhone ,
At end I love my iPhone I do every thing with my phone , I hated iPhone because of price so bought HTC , nokia , just can say waste , I started from iPad , now I am on ipad3 and 4s, retina MBP , I am just like every one , ordinary person , and now if I can afford I definitely grab ip5
