Apple is starting to look like Porsche. same design year in year out, save for a little tweak here and there. Difference is, with Porsche, it enhances the experience and it makes them unique. In the tech world, it just doesn't cut it. Hugely dissapointing... the I Phone 5. Apple really could have tried a lot harder to bring something more unique to the party.

I used to be an Apple fan but I got rid of my iPhone 4 after about 5 months and upgraded to a Galaxy S2 beginning of the year. I'm not a Samsung fanboy, I just love Android. I have to say this iPhone 5 doesn't impress me at all. It looks like all the previous models and let's face it...it's Apple. Here is what the phone CAN do (huuuuuuuuuge amount of stuff) and here is what we allow you to do with this overpriced little device running on a horrible OS (pretty much nothing) So you'll need to jailbreak it in order to make it even remotely worth it.

While the other releasing much phones for low range - mid range - high range consumer and apple still overprice. Apple seems busy sue other brands than thinking and creating another great phone. If you think iphone 5 is great, then your love is really blind like there is no other phone in this world. Wake up, open your eyes and look around you. You should admit that apple now is falling. Support apple but don't be stupid. Apple should learn from this and be more serious from now on. I'm not andro fans, symbian, or whatever u want to call me

the design is crap at all.The same display but a bit longer which seems more awkward,thumbs down.

standard smartphone contains more than 250,000 separate patented technologies. All of these have to be paid before a product can be released. What is worrying is that Nokia own a vast majority of this patented technology.
Recently Nokia flexed its muscles and orderied Apple to pay Nokia a royalty fee for each iPhone sold

Its a good phone but the samsung galaxy note 2, due to be released by october is a better phone. This is the reason apple keeps fighting samsung because they are not up to it.

No new features!!!!only upgraded screen and processor and increase in os number.Its totally fail.after death of steve jobs apple is totally crap.They have forgot what the innovation means.they launched ipad only with upgraded resolution and now this 'f word'.and that old outdated design has not gone!!!!!very disappointed.

Samsung to sue Apple over LTE in iPhone 5
It seems as though Samsung is trying to emulate Cupertino even when it is not stealing iOS icons and making rectangular phones.
The Korea Times reports that Samsung will take “immediate legal action” against Apple, following reports that the new iPhone 5 features LTE. An industry source told the paper that the US and Europe and Samsung’s “primary targets” in the suit.
After scoring a major coup in its billion dollar lawsuit against Samsung, Apple has faced some legal setbacks of its own. A US court recently upheld a couple of HTC patents related to LTE technology and they could even lead to an import ban against the new iPhone.

Those small charging pins were used by other Smartphones manufacturers years back. And now they are claming that the iphone5 is the "world's thinnest smartphone. Maybe for them. LOL
