Hi plz help i bought a secondhand iphone 5 its give touble to activate it says it needs an apple id password and its reported lost. Should i take it to istore or is there a way to bypass it???

My iPhone 5 IOS 7.1.2 (AT&T) is not display the personal hotspot. When I go to Cellular; it's just only searching, and when select to set up personal Hotsport; it show a message that: "To enable Personal Hotspot on this account, contact AT&T at 611 or visit.........."
What should I do to display personal hotspot. Help me please!!!

Imthiyaz , 09 Aug 2014My battery also go very quickly low sin I always keep low d... moreturn off the Wi-Fi, bluetooth if not in use. just turn on only when you need it. it helps a lot
