anonymous, 19 Sep 2017is there a fingerprint screen lock in it?You don't want to buy the 5c in Sept 2017. I have had a 5c for 5 years now and I am upgrading (buying a new iPhone) this week. No there is no fingerprint function and thus no Apple Pay. But far worse than that, the 5c is just too weak a performer to keep up with the latest IOS 10 (nor the 11 which will no longer fit on the 16GB version I have). I would advise to buy at least the iPhone SE or higher. I am opting for the SE just to save money and the specs are very close to the iPhone 6 which was my second choice. The iPhone 7 was next but just too expensive (so obviously the 8 and new X coming out is far beyond what I am willing to spend). Hope this helps.

I still have my iPhone 5c it works great I have a case on it I dropped it a few times the only thing that happened was the screen popped out I simply put it against a flat surface screen facing down without case and put pressure on the back it popped in I love this phone it can only hold so much though I usually delete my apps perfect for somebody who just needs a text in a call and browser a little bit small compared to others but a great phone over all
