If u want to store more Videos and high quality music format(FLAC,ALAC) in your mobile;then go for 32 gb.Just Mp3 and some apps its ok stick with 16gb.You can store upto bottleneck in ios ;no performance issue.
Don't see old review about battery.use powersave mode sometimes(in ios9) to get more juice latest ios 9 have quite batter backup as well.You can expect a 3000 mah battery runtime in android have same performance as 1560mah in ios;even more may be.
If u can wait 5 month ;the iphone 5se will launch with good processor with price around 30k INR.If u dont want to invest extra 12k go for 5s.

Obviously ios more fluid over android.
But if your fan of heavy games;as it require more ram go for 6s.Don't have enough fund better stick with android.
