i have a nexus 5 and it's very good am just want to give a chance too apple am bored from android so can anyone tell should i go to iphone 6 or 5s ?? screen dosen't matter to me thanks.

Dear Friends,
yesterday i updated my iphone 5s to 9.0.2.After the updation my phone was hanging,when i touch any apps , dark screen was coming.Then i try to reset all my settings,but after i press reset all,my phone showing white screen with apple logo.Even after long hours the screen is not changing.I tried to restart phone by pressing the home button and power button together ,but i could only switch it off,when i power on again its showing white screen with apple logo....i dont know what to do....if anyone knows plz help me...
(my 5s was perfect before the updation)
