Bring it in to any iPhoe store and we will verify and correct these issues.
Buy cheap and you get the same as quality is always expensive...

make it a practice to switch off the iPhone and on every 1 week as this refreshes/flushes the memory clean and maintains the healthiness of the phone. I am doing it and absolutely no problems. Most of the problems are because of wrong handling, after all it is an electronic device and it must be respected logically!

i have the 5s and this phone blows BIG balloons! I thought the 4s was bad...but Siri still can't understand English! This phone deletes apps when ever it wants...boots me out of apps...erases contacts, emails, messages, ect. .... Freezes up and locks itself. I am ready to use it as the paper weight it deserves to be! With the new ios8.blah blah blah update....I can't do anything on this phone...all the ringtones I paid for have been rendered useless. This phone was a waste of money, and the worst is I have had to replace the phone already! I bought it 6/14 and it's only 10/14!

Has anybody found a way to solve the microphone problem while on call...I can't find a way to solve the problem...I'm on iOS 8.1..this problem is making me pissed at the phone..
