... morePlease don't say that iPhone works great on 2 cores than 4 cores. generally Apple makes the dual core of iPhone comparable to quad core of competition. For example lets take lady years s3 and iPhone 5 the examples. The s3 had a qad core 1.4 ghz cortex a9 architecture and iPhone 5 had a measly 1.2 ghz dual core chip but that was based on the cortex a15 architecture which is almost 4 to 5 times more powerful than cortex a9 at same clock. hence iPhone 5 had actually more part than a quad core but Apple fans believed that iPhone us so great that it beats a quad core with just a dual core. This year is a similar story. Apple uses new 64 bit architecture to achieve a very capable processor. I like this approach. and the light ios ecosystem makes iphones incredibly fast.
but on the screen front I disagree. ok make it 330 ppi but at least increase the screen size. Really watching 1080p on a 1080p screen is a joyful experience.
but frankly speaking, its not the iPhone but the ios that's saving apple. Once Android matches the smoothness of ios, Apple is almost finished. Apple really needs to gear up. The camera module is now great and the approach of increasing pixel size us truly awesome.
I like iphones but their asking price in India is too damn high. You can get galaxy s4 cheaper than iPhone 4s and s3 cheaper than iphone 4. who will buy them here. The prices are really stupid.
p.s. I am not a fanboy and this was my honest opinion.

to be honest if you dont want to use fingerprint id dont use it then its a alternative pass code lock, personally i think its a nice extra they've added. as for screen size and specs wise i love it, id hate to have a phone i couldnt use with 1 hand, just inconveniant. as for specs they may not be 3gb ram or octa core but thats for android user, ios user don't need it, it overkill massively.

Too much hate going on, people shou... moreNot sure about encryption, but what I understand is that the fingerprint is not taken, rather, a reading of the finger is taken, which is input as a 'data set'. If someone by some means stole this 'data set' they still won't be able to recreate a fingerprint, if that makes sense.
The fingerprint is never photographed or scanned.

Just buy what you like and of course whats in your budget.
All the smartphones from WP to Android and iOS are perfect for their own users, different OS, different brands and promises.

Dual 1.7GHz must be to run IOS7 because dual 1.7GHz on my iphone 5 is overkill..
Still no word on GSMArena about GPU.If it is Rougue plus dual 1.7 GHz that some grunt especially for lightweight O/S. Cannot comment on IOS7 not tried it yet.
