joseph john, 14 Nov 2016I am a less user in mobile phone,that's why am go'n to buy ... moreDon't go with 5s it's too old as it lakshmi VOLTE support.Not good for the Jio sim,Camera is still better than most of the devices, 16 gb storage is less for the heavy users.My iPhone 5s and my friend's iPhone 5s got problem with the screen popup (loose screen) I don't know why but it's commonly found in all iPhone after 8 to 7 months due to the heating issues.Make sure before buy iPhone.

I am a less user in mobile phone,that's why am go'n to buy an iphone 5s as it have only 4" display which fit in my hand simply. But am confused about the memory..
What about the 16 GB model which also fit my pocket.....

AnonD-609605, 13 Nov 2016Hello guys...can you help me decide? i cant decide if i sh... moreYou clearly just looked at the non-saying raw numbers (number of cores, amount of RAM, display resolution) but that's normal for people who aren't much interested towards tech or pretty new in it. So speed wise, the iPhone should be as fast as the Huawei while producing less heat. Most mid range devices use the ARM A53 architecture, which is made for power saving on high end devices combining it with another bunch of powerful cores. But thanks to the high clock rate, it comes near to the iPhone 5s but it has to work hard to do so. The Cyclone architecture of A7 was very innovative back in the days. For example, it had the first 64Bit processor in a phone (which is standard today). Because of that, it is still pretty powerful today, just a little outdated and the clock speed was also low. So if it was able to be overclocked, it would easily beat the Kirin 650. the GPU itself is pretty basic, combined with the higher resolution display it will be much worse in gaming, but of course it's bigger. The Huawei has more RAM, but the iPhone has better RAM management. The RAM is for keeping apps running in the background. Because Huawei is a bigger company and I think they will care about RAM management, I think it is a tie if you have the 2GB model and 3GB will be better. The camera looks pretty much like the one of my Xperia M4 Aqua, and that one is pretty bad and even worse than iPhone 4s. Also the specs (the ones which real matter, not Megapixels which are only for zooming in) don't look that bright: smaller sensor, smaller pixels, less ISO possibilities, single LED flash, no slow motion. Only brighter aperture but the other disadvantages are too heavy so iPhone 5s main camera will be notability faster. But front cam is better on P9 lite no doubt, these don't depend on the class of the phone and evolve steadily so that means: the newer the phone, the better the front cam.

Software wise, if I look at the predecessor p8lite, it seems like it will get one update which is normal for a mid range phone. The 5s will surely get iOS 11 because iPhone 5 is still supported, and then maybe iOS 12 and most probably no iOS 13. but software support is still better and you get often updates and they are here directly. With android, e.g. Android N gets released and then you have to hope to get it and the you have to wait for the manufacturer to optimize it for your phone.

Furthermore, iPhone 5s has WLAN a (which is pretty critical that the Huawei doesn't have it. That is the standard since years and even newer wlan ac is standard since 2014.), a reversible but apple-only connector and gyro sensor. The p9lite has of course the bigger and higher res display, which results in a not so Handy phone but of course better for media use. Also battery life is massively better. That is the Achilles' heel of iPhones.

So now it depends on your personal preference. A dealbreaker could be the smaller display, but if you can live with it, you will have a overall better phone with much love to detail. And of course the iPhone has more swag :P

Hello guys...can you help me decide?
i cant decide if i should get huawei p9 lite or iphone 5s. (in 2016)
So my 2 class mates have 5s and they it`s great and cool but my sister and her boyfriend have huawei p9 lite and they say its awesome
so i go on the web and do a little research from specs it looks like huawei p9 lite is better..but then again i look at iphone and i think its better but from specs its not..
Any personal opinions? please answer :) (p.s this will be my first iphone so i don`t know anything about them..)
