Battery health on my iphone 6 is 84%, which is reasonable. I know from others that their battery capacity decreased a lot more. I don't use the phone everyday anymore but it is certainly noticeable that the battery drains faster. My iPhone 6 is more or less retired and already replaced by another phone and it was shut down once because the battery couldn't handle the peak in performance.

Battery health is 85% . Should I... moreSince iOS 11 and more up I think battery drains. About 85% battery health I think still okay.
If you want to change the battery it is up to you. For exchange to Android, do not choose that Galaxy A10s. Minimal go for Samsung Galaxy A50s.

Dimensions iPhone 5 and SE are the same. Choose SE is better than iPhone 6, but you should comfortable with 4 inch screen.

BJay, 27 Dec 2019Hello Everyone, I'm planning on buying a cheap iPhone as ... moredude, this is a no-Brainer. go with the iPhone SE, it's more powerful, it's got more of what you need, more power and battery, plus it's actually still supported by apple, AND it's cheaper than the 6. it's way better for gaming, despite it's small screen. it's got 2gb of ram instead of the 6's 1 gb, and it's basemark score is TWICE the score of the 6. go for the iPhone SE

Hello Everyone,
I'm planning on buying a cheap iPhone as a backup to my android phone. I've the option of The IPhone 6 64gb and IPhone SE 64gb. I noticed the iPhone 6 has a higher resolution screen than the iPhone SE which has a newer processor.
I want to know if I can still install latest games on any of them and which of them can give me a better gaming experience taking into consideration the difference in screen and CPU.
Which should I go for?
P.S: Is it true that the iPhone SE has the same body as the iPhone 5S?

i received this phone as a present from a friend who lives in Australia. the problem is that the battery when fully charged does not last for more than 5 minutes if i listen to music or browse the u-tube. it gets off automatically and it says that the sim is blocked. my friend wanted me to reset the settings but i only have the pass word but not the apple ID number. can any one help me to sort this matter please.

i had this phone for a while. after a while, the battery life dropped a LOT. when i got it, it was able to go through the whole day without needing a charge, but now it can barely last an hour. even worse, when the phone died, i charge it, and when i try to turn it on again it shuts down instantly

Before that, it was very fluid since it got the update to iOS 12. After all, iOS 12 was the OS that made older iPhones perform better again after a laggy iOS 11 for the iPhone 6.

I have this phone since 2016 and it was amazing until now, it is very slow and barely any storage (16gb model) always has 2 bar connections when right next to router. Upgrading to XR this christmas.

How long does the bat... moreIf you have one it's ok to keep using it, if you want to buy one I'd skip this phone and go for a newer phone like the Nokia 5.1 Plus or the Nokia 7.2 if you want to spend more money. If you want to have Apple, better to go for the iPhone 7 or 8 cause price isn't really a matter to you then. It looks the same and will receive longer updates. I find my iPhone 6 getting much slower as of late. It's slower since the update earlier this year around September.

For daily use, chats, social media, YouTube, calling, iOS in iPhone 6 can handle well, but when you play moba games, heavy games, is not recommended. Some games I tested would be force closed after several minutes. Not good for game if you want iPhone 6, minimal get newer iPhone, such as iPhone 8, XR or even 11.
I don't experience any issue in calling, messaging, internet, camera, browsing on iOS 12.4.4.

For daily use, social media, iPhone 6 is still good, but not good anymore in multitasking and game for MOBA. Some MOBA games will be experienced force closed.
I use this phone from iOS 12.1, then updated every time new update appear, now it is iOS 12.4.4. For performance I didn't any different, also the battery life too. If you just would like to use it for chat, calls, social media, iPhone 6 can handles that, but if you want more, better to choose Android or higher spec iPhones.
