when i was 12 i used this phone and it sucked i couldn't play any games most apps required ios 13-14 and the only apps i used was youtube,whatsapp and safari that it but i don't blame it its from 2014 but my brothers s6 edge's software lasted way longer than this phone

I’m going to use this phone until the hardware fails 🙂 don’t care about software or security updates. I don’t do banking on the phone, I use it for google maps, youtube and to communicate with people only.

I am writing this from my iP... moreHey no I meant the zoom app. In the app store it says zoom requires ios13 so it can’t be downloaded but if the zoom app is already installed on iphone 6 will the app still work based on the last compatible ios12 version or will it not work?
Also if I move apple id data containing the zoom app from a newer iphone from icloud to an iphone 6 will the zoom app work?

Youtube works on safari, I use facetime and imessage for personal use and don’t care about whatsapp, I have an android phone from work so work related whatsapp group updates will not be lost. All other apps are irrelevant to me 🙂

Even if whatsapp doesn’t work anymore, there’s still a lot of use for it. Facetime and imessage on top of call and sms can be used for communication. Good to use as a backup phone. Also can be used for google maps and as a media player, youtube on browser etc.
