Had a lot of problems with this phone. Would not download apps. 45 minutes to down load one app. And it was connected to our high speed internet. Took phone to Apple they told us that there was nothing wrong with the phone. Phone company took phone back saying that it was defective. They were getting a lot of the same complaints. I wrote Apple about this, they have refused to respond

Also, i like having ice cream in the bathtub occasionally to answer to your painful analogy...but most importantly, i was able to use Google Maps as one half of my screen, and still text or use a different app on the other half...it's shocking that iphone fans don't even know how and what a 2014 phone should perform like...

I have to agree with Nick, i have traded in my LG G3 for the iphone 6 and that was a terrible mistake...
It not even waterproof, i can't multitask on a split screen...with the lg i was able to watch a full hd video and text at the same time...it also has no widgets and worst of all when i go on Youtube, I can't even watch stuff at 1080p...
I am sorry, I am really struggling to see why this phone costs this much...it is weak in absolutely every department...not to mention that the battery drains really quickly...
I have been as open-minded as possible and i didn't listen to my more tech-savvy friends who told me to stay away from iphones...
it's the worst feeling to be stuck with this terrible phone and I can't wait to go back to an LG phone...
i am not intending to offend anybody, and by all means, go and pay $800 or whatever for this, but for me personally, that is unjustified...ridiculous rip-off and very very weak device...

But thats what buying android phone, even if you buy best product in the market you cant still know if it runs everything or not (probably not), thats something which in my opinion isnt acceptable for high price phone, thats why i wouldnt ever buy android phone before they fix this problem which have been there always, lets see if android L does something for this.

Why not? OVERALL iPhone 6 easily beats both of those, i dont understand how you even mention HTC M8?, its camera is crap and alone that reason most of people wouldnt buy it.
It doesnt matter if some of the parts are better because every part need to be good and thats=iPhone 6. Thats why it sells so well because its overall so good.

Those mobile bloggers who have used every phone out there tend to choose iPhone for best phone so doesnt that tell quite alot?
And what you asking is actually kind a hard, if you are sucked into one ecosystem and bought expensive phone there need to be something big wrong with your product before you want to risk it and buy very expensive another ecocystem product.
The big guestion is, if something out there is better, is it that much better that you want to make that effort to learn new OS and buy all the stuffs again etc.

The physical infrastructure of the new iPhone is not great compare to some other brand's, but the hardware is not the most important thing ... It's the software. And that counts not only for the phones but for all Apple products and how they communicate with each other. I can't imagine to move to any other brand's cause they don't have it...or shall I say they don't get it?

like Nexus 6, HTC M8 , ONE... Sony Z3, GS3, amaizing LG G3, Note 4, and list goes on....
I bet none of the hard core fan even bothered because they are locked in fake fantasy world of restrictive iphone with nothing exciting or innovative to offer any more....
free yourself. look outside of this backward technology and look how far the others catched up with iphone and they gone past miles....
I used to owned iphone , I was one of you till I BREAK FREE, till I become the owner of my destiny rather then being trapped and controlled by stupid CLOUD,....
I discover another world....
a free world of ANDRIOD with loads of options, loads of freedome and loads of amaizing technology.....
