I have been using iPhone since the launch of the iPhone 4 and been upgrading anytime a new iPhone is released. I switched to a Samsung Note 3 after its release and just after 6 months of usage i miss my iPhone dearly. I must say Samsung only specs its phone which does very little because it requires so much processing power to do just the basic functionalities.
For Christ sake why should a phone be running on the same specs or even better than an i5 lappy?
The battery again is terrible; requiring 3 complete charging within 24hrs.
i think it's a piece of crap!

Iphone 6. hmm! never my first option!
Would go for Samsung or HTC instead.
Price is ridiculously high! (Not worth it).
Not user friendly!
Other older android phones had almost the same features like this "New" one!
Finally : it sucks!
P.S: ALL IPHONE MODELS LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME! LOL

On a tech list battle, Apple never wins, this is already known, and after 7-8 years, you should also know that is not Apple's concern at all.
Apple has never been about maximum spec list, that is more Samsung's goal. Apple has always been about efficient design, with smooth performance, and a great user experience. This cannot purely be measured by tech specs alone, something that many are already finding out, or else Samsung trade-ins would not have tripled prior to the iPhone 6 launch.
Also, after 8 years, and despite not playing along with Android's tech spec list race, current sales are at 20 million after only two weeks. This is Apple's greatest launch ever, and customer satisfaction polls are topped by Apple year on year.
Of course, here come the iSheep comments, am I right? :)

Resolution beyond that is redundant, and requires extra processing power, thus making it inefficient.
This is now actually seen in the new Galaxy Note 4. In its zeal to push the HD spec, the Galaxy Note 4 actually results in worse graphics performance than the previous Galaxy Note 3, sometimes resulting in video of only 10 fps.

Truly one of the best phones on the market, very advanced engineering to make what is essentially very powerful, yet very accessible to everyone. Upon launch it has put many supposedly more powerful flagships to shame.
It is irrelevant however, due to having its own ecosystem of optimized apps which perform well.
Whether you like iPhone or not, please make an informed decision and check it out for yourself in a shop, and read unbiased reports. If you miss out just because you heard rumours, you have missed out big time. This is a phenomenal phone.

Anonymous, 07 Oct 2014Dual core 1.4Ghz WOW i think apple remained in 2012?This 1.4Ghz phone is more powerful then current flagships and have battery capacity half that of a normal droid phone yet same battery life.
Plus it equipped with the latest quad core gpu that matches and trashes the competition like Note 4 or Tegra K1.
Now.. thats not even including the optimisation from the OS itself.
THAT is WOW.
And to put this issue of clock speed into perspective.. Intel's dual core 1.4Ghz processor with HD5000 trashes any quadcom 2.3Ghz. Plus it can run full Windows 8 / Mac OSX and Diablo 3 without breaking a sweat.
