People need to take a reality check on this comments page. yes Apple lead the way with there processors but seriously, when they rip off consumers who are so readily willing to part with serious amounts of cash for their slightly better specced phones then you can see how they can afford too invest more. There are many reasons why Apple can stay ahead of the Android manufacturers:
1. Apple gets all the profit from the iPhone, including advertising and iTunes. Android manufacturers get zero from that, it all goes to google.
2. Apple is a direct investor in Arm, the British company that designs the processor tech for Mobile phone CPU's, therefore it must have faster access and certain unique privileges other licensees haven't got.
Personally, I'd take a free and unrestricted Android phone with a 5% slower performing processor to one of Apples money magnetisers any day. I think you'd have to be a fool to prop up Apple.

Anyone who is trying to compare a Samsung or android to an I phone 6 is obviously a retard for the simple fact the phone hasn't even been released yet, and also do some actual research and you will learn about optimization with iPhones, no other company can compare.

And the iphone 5S, which is 1 year old, is still one of the fastest phones ever released, beating pretty much every single flagship of this generation like the G3, M8 one and galaxy S5.
Please look up Anandtech review of the 5S to see how the A7 is a performance monster.

I always laugh everytime I visit GSMarena's spec page for iPhones. The voting scores are always so low LOL. Clearly not the actual deserved scores.

I presume Apples is focusing on the Aperture to F2 or F1.8 {enables more light to enter into} like the Pro Photographers aim for in Nikon, Leica & Hasselblad (where just the cost of lens begin from $500+)

You guys here compare between ios and android in terms of apple and samsung. Samsung is powered by android but with Samsung's touchwiz and bloatware applications that's why it lags sometimes.
You want to compare ios vs android do it apple vs a nexus device cuz nexus devices are pure android without any craps from other manufacturers.
Try to compare it this way, dont say lag in samsung bcuz android. Say lag in samsung bcuz all the useless apps samsung stuff their android with.

Stop being spec obsessed there are loads of smartphones with higher SPEC than iPhone but they are pile of cow dung.

what else more could you ask for....? I have been an apple fan for over 5 years. This year in january I thought I would swithc to android until the iphone 6 was released. ITS BEEN THE LONGEST 9 MONTHS OF MY LIFE. I HATE THE ANDROID!!!! IT SUCKS!!!!! ALL ANDROID FANS ARE, HOW DO YOU SAY? STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
