Yeah, it's a new phone.
But what you did into specs, downgrade to iPhone 5 and 5s? Are you really kidding us?
This is kinda junk to me compare to previous iPhones, specially 4s. It looks $150.00 worth phone.
You probably need a new CEO.

You'll complaining of the 8mp camera of the iphone. Don't you notice that iphone has 8mp of camera but the quality of the picture is superb right? Other phone has a higher mp's of the camera but the result is not even the same a of iPhone.
That is the only phone i've known that has a 8mp of camera but the outvome can be compared to a DSLR camera.
make sense.... Just saying..

I have all that features long ago on my Galaxy S4 and a better Camera, if i would like a water resistant device i will go with the S5. Oh....sure it´s and iphone i forgot bleh!

I am looking forward to see the performance of A8 chip..but one thing that is not up to the mark is 1800 mah battery ?? its too small.
both ip 6 and alpha have 1800 mah batteries, while Z3 compact will pack a 2300 mah or even more.

Ugly. Obsolete, outdated. Design from 2006. Should make something like Sharp Aquos Crystal. But they didn't. They live in the past, when they were innovative. Nowadays, they dont!

Why not Quad Core Processor? While Other Smart phones are moving towards Octa Core.There is no card slot. Why not USB 3.0 Support? Release Date should be 2014 so that it could compete with others. Delay in launching of 5.5 Inches Display.

1810 mAh ? that is a let down.. The feature set is not impressive at all.. compared to HTC and Samsung..the hardware specs are dismal ..
